There is no doubt that this new version is very bad, yet the request for self-registration is very meaningless. I felt like I was sitting in court for a while, because I was very annoyed by the special demands and meaninglessness, either you have to update the version, or you'll lose most of your users

The update made it worse. Can't change the profile picture selfie. The app asks you to verify your face and they'll add that photo into your profile picture without telling you that. You can't also edit your details after the verification. I wish I could give 0 stars

All the post-update issues have been resolved, at least for me (thus, giving it 5 stars). Now the app is working flawlessly, and it's quite useful for day-to-day transactions. I just hope they would raise the monthly transfer limit, 2,500,000 is not much honestly.

Good try to be Iraq's no.1 eWallet app but it needs big improvements. I've tried it several times but it seems to be unstable (crashes). National ID upload does not work at all. Keeps showing (server/connection) error. You need to add more top up options such as using (Visa/Mastercard). When trying to send money to a friend the app shows (invalid mobile nr) error, despite the number being correct. Please fix these issues. Keep up the good work.

Cannot give no stars, since intalling more than 3 weeks ago unable to register. Keeps saying update underway, how long does that take. Website the same. Absolutely useless app if Fastpay cannot get their act together they will be losing customers

I have a bug to report. When verifying my account, setting the issue date before 2022 is not possible. It doesn't let me select an issue date below 2022 when mine is in 2020. As a result my KYC failed. I hope this issue gets fixed at some point.

The app was good now it is acting like a bank you are not a bank app you are a simple currency transaction app. Don't ask for my ID and personal info this is shayde business practice. The previous version was better.

Worst update. Cannot deposit through cards. Cannot open settings. Account became unverified. App crashes persistently.

FIX sign up issue, its been months since I first tried to sign up and I still can not do it. Come on its not a big proble just fix it!!!!!

The older versions were way better than this new released version, the KYC cannot be updated while there's a mistake and the transaction notifications are not even showing the amount that's sent or recived.

Bad update. Every time I open it needs to write password. Qr code not available. Fingerprint not working. Fix these problems and then publish it 😤👎🏻

Till when sign up is off? Its been two months since I have downloaded the app and still cant sign up due to the system update.....??

The fact that there's no option to delete one's account is absurd. I signed up a while ago but have no use for the app yet I'm unable to delete my account.

This app used to be useful, now, simple put, it's garbage 🗑️ They went from a steady version to an alpha version of a new platform with so many more restrictions and limitations including KYC that takes your information and keeps you pending for weeks, daily+ monthly transactions limits. They made a reckless move without recognizing that they only operate in 15% or Iraq and other competition (Zain Cash, Asia Hawala ...) are already operating all over Iraq.

The update is not good, whether all the while we waited until the last update was fixed at the end, something just a few changes or more. The company is required to take into account the global programs so that people can transfer money from one program to another. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Otherwise, we wait for a new renewal. Stop. If the update Easily every time just simple changes...

Worst update ever! Bought a rechargeable card to fill my account. App said service unavailable. Contacted support team and was told to wait for the next update and wish if it works. Customer support is really bad. They don't even know what they're doing anymore. I wish I could give it 0 or negative stars.

Its so bad after the update keeps asking for verification and I get rejection everytime , I cant even credits anymore, deleted it.

Bad app.&very bad update The old version was way better.My account was verified in the old version&all of a sudden it became not verified with the newupdate

Very nice UI but lacks stability most of the times crushes after opening the application, needs to be reopened for serval times untill it launches correctly. I would have given it 4 stars if it was not for that, but still lacks many personalised settings, OTP for further security and option for only using biometric verification instead of a choice of PIN code and fingerprint which is much less secure, regards.

Ok, it's the best app for exchanging money that I'm using so far and it helped me with a lot of things, made my works so much easier with my online courses and the products I'm selling online, it helped me during covid-19 so much! And let me mention that it is super easy to use! appreciate your hard work thanks for making such an awesome app, keep the best work up! As there's always a room for changes that is why I gave 4 stars. I just wish the history infos wouldn't get deleted automatically~

I can't sign up at all. Whenever I try to sign up with my number, I click continue it goes into another screen for a moment and goes back and it says "Verification could not be sent" every this happens. I've tried everything.

Very bad update , deposit money by the credit card Fastlink was stopped immediately without any notification..

It's really up to say it's bad to work. You have to do login every time who using this app . and I can't get in with my finger print and I can't change the fourth password tayp,And so more.....

The app is signed me out after the update and i can't sign in , I have tried to change the password and it didn't work !! and I don't trust the service center as they didn't help me in privacy issues

before this update everything goes fine and smooth, but after update it's says that your pin code is incorrect, i don't know how to fix it, i think this is a new way to steal money from people. i hope you guys think to a way to troubleshoot these kind of issue.

They are going backwards, don't even install it not worth it, you can't change any of you information after you created your account, which is the dumbest thing ever, let's not forget that they lies about taking photo only for verification, they will put it on you profile right away without your permission and you can't change it, even worse than that, you can't delete your own account, can you believe that?

Bad It doesn't help to find the nearest agent. It shows all agents randomly
