Fastrack Reflex

Please add the motion detection feature for detecting wrist movement in the firmware. It is very inconvenient to have to touch the band even to just look at the time. It would be much more convenient if the band detected the flick of the wrist and lit up to show the time. Also please improve the filtering method used on the IMU to detect steps, as it isn't as accurate as expected.

The band is cool, but this App is pathetic! Has a lot of UI issues that could have been ironed out with proper testing. The App has a "User Manual", but it looks like it was written by a 10 year old. The biggest issue is whenever the App syncs/connects, it makes the band vibrate. It happens exactly every 3 minutes. That's very annoying!

Not at all completely satisfied with the app. there are a lot of features missing in the app. 1. Not showing battery percentage, if it's there we can easily find battery charge . 2. The band is not showing the day . It shows only month and date 3. Provide some options like font style change , change display sleep timings etc. I hope you will provide atleast these features in next update .

This app is really good! it does everything i expected it to. i have a suggestion to launch new themes for the home screen and the design in a vertical view. overall, much better than i expected. my one complaint is that the cricket matches arent coming as i thought it would. only the previous matches were there. but I am greatly impressed

It doesn't seem like Fastrack as a brand has any product managers on their team. Turning into a disaster for the Tata group, it is high time Titan reconsider their priorities and builds a singular vision for all their services. It's fine if each watch brand has a separate app, but the idea of having a confused set of apps destroys the UX. The app needs to be the same, it's just a front-end after all, you don't have to build the same app again and again for each band. Also dumb UI, lacks an API.

This app and product are both useless.The app doesn't recognize the band and after a lot of time if it connects it never stays connected for more than 3 minutes. Honestly this was just a waste of money. The tracker sensors randomly show some reading that aren't even relevant. This application is hopeless I'd recommend you'll to either fix these problems or just shut down this application and product. I would'nt recommend anyone to buy this product it's just a waste of time, money and resource.

The ' lift the wrist ' is working perfectly. The things remaining are the alignment of the display (and it would be loads better if it would be like in Mi Band 3) , stopwatch , timer , day , weather , an option to reject calls and turn the phone profile to silent. Even after we attend the call from the phone, the band continously vibrates till we tap the touch sensor. There should be a 'wave' gesture for camera control.Titan should also improve the app interface. Hope to get an update soon.

Only good for few days!! The app has stop syncing data from the watch. I have reinstalled several times however it is not working. Its showing the current steps for a while and then the data is going off and getting reset to zero. No monthly data is getting fetched. Though I kept the screenshot of the daily steps but in app its just showing as zero.

First of all what is the use of UPI payment in this app.. I really dont understand.. Secondly , it has so many bugs and issues. - Disconnects very frequently. - Notification Count is not updated. - Sleep Counter is totally worthless. - Syncing of data within the app is not proper. The only prons is that because of very less features and hardware support with the very basic display, it has very good battery life.

Keeping all the fitness bands aside I bought Fastrack reflex. I'm really disappointed with the product. Like the band is always close to the phone and still is not connected. I had to delete and reinstall the app for around 4times to make sure I recieve whatsapp texts. Really disappointed with Fastrack.The band itself gets disconnected and you've to like connect the band manually again and again and even then you don't recieve all the notifications. The sleep tracker is also useless So overall I paid 2k for a rubber band that shows time that too you've to touch that screen again and again. Motion sensor for that

Feb 18 2019 update - For anyone having connection or crashing issues, reinstall the app. Really bad implementation. The app is unintutive. The saved settings for the band are reset every time the band disconnects so I cannot customize the band displays. Camera button only works when you manually connect the app and run it. App notificaions barely every work. And seriously how hard is it to sync data to a leaderboard... the app can't even do that right.

Worst app, works fine for 1 or 2 days and then does not work at all. Very frustrating & iritating app. Although band is good but it's interface with app is worst. It always have connectivity issue with the band. First it is difficult to connect the band with app and if you succeed, it's connectivity via bluetooth is broken automatically and could not be connected again. You have to uninstall and then install it again. Number of downloads of this app is high because user frequently uninstal.

this is a horrible application. Once connected to the watch, i expect it to remain connected for ever, but it looses sync almost everytime sir to no reason. and once disconnected, it doesn't allow access. I usually have to restart my phone for the app to connect to my watch. really poor software. if i begin to speak about the watch itself, its just sufficient, that's the reason i give 2 stars. it's got lot of capabilities that it can perform, but doesn't. i expect a software update to both.

App is easy to use.My band is working properly. But I want to say that can you add some more features like receive phone calls from band or reject calls from band. And i have to face some problems. Can you fix it ? I have to set up alarm regularly. Can you add this option (the alarm set up regularly without connecting phone) also . please. I have facing a problem? when i take selfies with watch it always turn my photos. why ?please fix this problem also.

Got this band a day ago and have already started hating it. Did not expect such creation Titan. Hell lot of problem are being faced. 1. Bluetooth range is very small for the band. Hardly moved 2-3 mtr from phone, it disconnects. 2. Even with the phone in the pocket, band keeps on vibrating at regular interval with the tick mark sign. 3. Call notification has lag for 30-40 sec. In this lag duration one may directly check the incoming call on the phone itself and respond. 4. Package boldly and distinctively mentions Whatsapp notification. However the same is not being shown during actual usage. Tried to check in Notification setting, not available there also. No option to add customize app for notification. Money got wasted after purchasing the same though better option from competitors were available in the market.

The app is good but I guess few improvements are a must. 1)Alarm syncing has a problem as I have to repeatedly sync all my 5 alarms. 2)The band vibrates a lot maybe due to connectivity issue even when the band and mobile are in close vicinity. It is irritating 3)the band vibrates even when I get a call on keeping my phone on 'do not disturb'. This should not happen at all when you have kept your phone on do not disturb. I think these improvements are necessary.

The app is good but I can't understand some features of the fitness band. Band have less features as compared to other fitness bands. More features should be added to it. Like heart beat checker and many more. It is not having accuracy as I thought. It's best feature is that it is light weight. It is good to show off.😎But sorry I don't think that it is value for money.

Not at all satisfied with this bad. From a great industry, this band is not connecting to the app. It is go on disconnected everytime. Wasting time in connecting and for this connection mobile need to restart and reinstallation of application. Really waste of time and money. It is just a rubber band that show time and steps only that to even when on touch the screen.

The app is not good. The connectivity settings are very very poor. It becomes very difficult to reconnect once disconnected. It shows band not in range even if it's lying next to the phone. Please fix it. It's even worse now. It doesn't even connect now. Tried clearing storage and caches and re-running. It says device not recognised. Doesn't even deserve one star

Looked good, functioned well. BUT, After using more than a month, I realised that connecting the app with the Reflex 2.0 is little tough as the button to connect is sooo small and at the edge of the screen which compels me to try many times to connect it. Since 20 Dec.(Sunburn Goa contest) the app syncs data but never shows in My Achievement section. I've achieved 5K mark more than 50 times but shows 22 !!

Its great app. But too many bugs esp on my Redmi 3s prime mobile. This app continues to work in background even though i didnt connected the reflex watch. App performance is also not good. Make it helpful more stable ASAP!!! And also it should have exit button to exit app. It will show Reflex running always in notification tray even though I haven't enabled Bluetooth , no reflex near by.!!!

good app but when we connect it with the band after every 2 minutes the band vibrates with a tick and time that shows that it is connect and when there is a call on the phone to which the band is connected we can not pick the phone by the band. And the band also get disconnected after few minutes without nothing. But the new feature list up the wrist to view is good . So good app but some changes should be there so, for noting a problem i am giving four stars best of luck FasTrack app.

The band and app sync is having problems as it shows the current walking count after some times it does not show. It failed after the firmware update. I also noticed that the app stopped syncing after 14 Jan 2019. Please fix this bug. I gave one star only to get ur attention. Once app is running g correctly I will update my review. Thank you

Hello,I am using this watch from when it is launched and I really appreciated this watch but the updates are not as good as the watch as even when it is a fitness band it doesn't have a stopwatch/timer,it also doesn't have a calendar and have no option to pick up or answer any call, please add some more useful features which will make it more out of the watch.Also some could be timer,events remainder, flashlight, mobile battery, water levels etc. I hope you will reply and try to improve it more

I am unable to connect the new reflex 3.0 all it says is no device found ...despite being connected via bluetooth..y does it have to be so hard to configure..can't change anything on the tracker even time as the app is having trouble finding it's own tracker!!!

I have purchased it recently. I found that the watch is good but app is worst. Connectivity with the band is worst of all. Sometimes connect and sometimes won't. Updating the data after connecting is also worst. Also, features of the app is nothing compared to Mi bands.. In total, app is worst. .. please update to latest features..
