As far as the app goes, it's so-so. The search function works ok, but to buy anything it steers you to their website, which isn't that bad, really. As far as Fast Tech goes, prices are great but the biggest problem is the app says it's in stock but it's not. They then steer you to something that they think is similar. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it isn't. They do refund promptly if you can't find what you're looking for. They take a long time to get things out the door into shipping.

Best service ever. I've purchased many hundreds of Items from FastTech and have never had any problems. Had one item lost in transit but didn't know that it had been lost and FastTech notified me to say that they had mailed the item again for me. Couldn't ask for better service.

Paid for expedited shipping 13-16 days. Even just getting the item to ship took a week, arrival over double the promised time, overa month. First and last order - and direct app uninstall. Please close shop - this is a horrible customer experience!

Deals are good, but navigating is atrocious; and will eventually make you visit the store on a browser unless you're buying a single item... Even then at check out there can be Issue, causing you to lose your coupon code's only use, thankfully support staff does help!

This was my only place to buy supplies but the shipping gets slower and slower even if paying for expedited. Like many have said 100+ days and shipping status isn't available. Slow if any response from customer service. Twice now I have experienced fraud charges of over $500 about two months after I placed an order (fishy since I used a specific cc I rarely use for this order last year, fraud charges and replaced card, then ordered again 1 yr later, new cc and same fraud charge 2 mo later)...

It's okay, but you can't sort or search within your wishlist. Common feature in marketplace app, especially if you have many items available in your wishlist.

PAY ATTENTION!!! To the people complaining about delivery time when you put an item in your cart it says how long it will take for shipping sent, sometimes nextday, sometimes three business days, sometimes delay more, if you want fast shipping buy only items "in stock" also they take pictures of your package, how can a store be more reliable than that? People should not complain when their country's post office delay a package, FAST TECH RULES!!!

Great prices. Yes I usually reveive my items, within a month. This time though I have been waiting 2 months for an order. Not happy. Customer service says wait some more. If it was Wish I would have been refunded by now.

Best customer support amongst the big Chinese retailers. The app is designed pretty well, however the shopping cart crashes quite frequently! Please, please fix this!

Getting worse each day. Worse offers, more delays on shipping, even more for transport and delivery. Cherry on top are cheap tricks such as 'free shipping' even though you pay more than average on checkout.

Can't edit my cart, items off my wishlist are showing up in my order. I delete and they reappear. TypicallyI love this app. One of my favorite places to shop

Kind of hard to navigate and hate having to purchase gift cards or bit coin in order to pay for certain items. I used to be able to just use my visa to pay. I don't understand why this was changed.

App goes black if I click on an image with a Mate 20 Pro. App is clunky, crashes a lot and a riddled with bugs which should of been resolved by now.

I love it but hate it at same time. Great value but they have stuf for sale that is discounted and sometimes it says ships next day but when you check it says restocking. Stop advertising stuf that is not there!

it doesnt sync shopping cart with the browser version of the site, i think they have done nothing to solve this problem since 2015, so bad

Stay away from fasttech. Shady bussiness would send you used items. If item is out if stock. They would still let you order without informing you. And then they will send you some random junk. Not what you order for. Beware!!!

The app is buggy, the website is terrible - why do I care what things you USED to have but are now discontinued? Remove them from the search. And the delivery time is abysmal. If you order from these guys you'll want 6 months lead time before you expect it.

Crashes and/or won't connect, quite often. Annoying. I just end up using the website.

Dark theme does not work. I am opening the app and I cannot see any photos of any product. Perfect. Uninstalling

As long as the discontinued items are removed, I'll be happy to change this to a 5 star review once the changes are made. I'm glad you guys are finally looking into this issue, it's been too long!

Was a great app! Great prices now it keeps crashing, and closing out in the middle of a search! Please fix!!

The only thing for now that i find missing is the mark as delivered option. Can you please add it so that we have not to go on the website and then mark it as delivered. Thanks

Worst customer service ever.. They refused to ship my order and asking me pictures of my credit card and dont know the purpose of that.. Anyway dont make orders from this website you will not get anything..

Using xiaomi mi a2 lite, clicking on an items picture just goes to full black screen, was fine on my old xperias. Needs attention asap.

only giving one star because I can't give zero. Don't order on here unless you are prepared to wait over 110 days and still not receive it. customer service isn't the best either as my package has been lost and yet I'm still waiting for a refund and not yet received that. waste of time, buy locally.

Came to this app since I was having issues ordering in bulk on Wish. Just made an order for some vape cotton, time will tell if this is my new source for my vaping needs. Will update review when and once I see if I get what I ordered. Update : I received my order and it was packaged well and complete! Very satisfied!!

Love FastTech - Sad you cant import most batteries anymore - but if you purchase vape supplies this is the cheapest place to find all the parts among an expansive list of other items.
