Fasttrack Taxi App

The app keeps crashing couldn't make a booking can u see it asap so many times deleted and reinstalled. Mine is MI mble android.

It is very good amongst all the other present cab services in chennai. Few of the service are need to be improved like more availability of all Vehicles when in need. Otherwise a big thumbs up!

App is not launching, getting crashed when opened. Have reinstalled the app but still problem exists.

App is better after the update. Surprised to see the price difference. Overall good.

App is crashing every time when I try to open

The prices for the rides are comparatively cheaper. The customer service is also great. Chennai residents and tourists to use this for ease of approach to anywhere in and around Chennai.

Don't use this service guys. First of all, there is no clear indication of trip destination and pick up point in case of pre-booked taxies. I took this taxi and the final amount was 250 Rs higher than what was shown while booking. While booking they will take shortest distance for calculating the amount and in reality driver will choose the road he wants. If that route is longer, you end up paying more. I have had this bad experience. This is definately the last time i am using this app. Not only that customer service is really bad. I called them SIX times before they could hear me. They were cutting thr calls on premise of forwarding it to somebody else.

Had a horrible experience. Driver stopped ride midway and demanded round trip cost instead of one way. They are very rude and customer care didn't care to resolve the issue. Don't go for fasttrack.

First time used this service. Ola & Uber charge 550~570 including toll charge. Fastrack xharged me for the same trrio 743+30 Toll charge ie. ₹ 773 Don't think it's really customer friendly service.

The app keeps crashing. Rate is very high while closing the trip. When u call them they say it's an estimate while booking. Actually rates are same in ola while booking as well as paying. The app doesnt work in drivers end also most of the time and we end up paying more. The rate message comes after almost 1hr. Useless app and drivers are extremely rude.

The application is crashing even after reinstalling.

Useless app, especially after latest updates. No cab will turn up if you book through this app. When I called customer care number, they're saying customer is solely responsible for following up on app bookings. They don't get any info it seems. What a waste. Used to work perfectly in the past.

Don't use this cab service. I booked 2 times and had very bad experience. Fare shown during booking will be very less, when compare to other cabs. But at end of the trip they are charging very high fare. Very old vehicle and drivers are also rude... Over and above you cannot complain, literally no customer support...

Worst Company for cabs. They used to be good once upon a time. DONOT use their service either by App nor by Call.. especially you have a train to catch. I scheduled the cab for next day morning and called them to confirm it. They said all ok. Next day I didn't even get driver details even after scheduled time. Because of them I lost my train

The app is not upto the standard of similar kind of application. Though they are affording the best service, the quality of the mobile app is not upto the standard. It needs to be tuned up. No transparency in the distance covered by the customer. Moreover the app is automatically started even it is not put in use

Hi Team. a small experience sharing: 1. the app unfortunately stops working a lot of times. 2. when we booked cab, three drivers accepted the booking. 3. Current booking is not visible instantly, when logged off and logged in, since app stopped working. 11th Aug: worst response from drivers. the driver confirmed he would be arriving. after waiting and calling back driver rejected to pickup, asked to cancel the ride.

The rates of the rides were really good. In the past few months it has become really better compared to other apps. Also the rates changes very rarely.
