I have hired two freelancers for vector illustration and photo editing. So far they had done a pretty good job. The payment system from Fastwork also gave me a good sense of security should the designer delayed or abandon the project.
The app still contains not all important features for the freelance. On many occasions, the app linked back to the mobile version website to complete whatever you are doing. But the overall design is clean and easy to navigate thru. If u are the customers, this app is for you. Thanks fastwork.
Needs many improvements, especially its easiness to use when loading the application. For us freelancer, I think we'd like to open prospective buyers profile to see their reviews, so we don't have to open their profile from PC's web browser. And it's been months but I as freelancer and some clients complaining about unsuccessful files downloaded from the app.
Fastwork is the best online App to help me design for my business purposes. This App really comes on handy when you need an expert to help you get things done without going out of home. Please update the app notification service. Sometime, customers send us message regarding the service but the app didn't send notification to our phone. This problem happens quite often. Please fix it. Regards
Its a Good apps to find a freelancer for jobs you are not expert in it. Well not all of them, but at least you know where to find the good one.. you have to experience it first by yourself..or you can read their comments.
I like fastwork concept, but really it need to improve the stability. It can force close sometimes or stuck in the logo, then said it has a connection problem.
Please Fix the notification, it's a bit annoying. So many same notifications appeared. The application helps me, but not good enough because of that notification.
Need some fix and improvement on document sharing system, because it often cant send doc/pic, so we need to upload on gdrive first then share the link, its little bit frustrating
Good for finding someone to help your job, good system to protect both customers and freelancers. However, the chat system was not work when I try to send a photo to freelancers as reference.
I agree with other users that notifications are too slow. In the app, it says I respond to potential buyers in 1 hour where in fact I was not even notified about an incoming chat possibly in the next day or sometimes even a week.
Notification doesn't active like other apps. I have to add its Line to get notification from the app and also get other news from Fastwork. And that's ridiculous.
I think this application is very good. but there are still a lot of bugs here. one of them is a message notification that does not appear. please fix soon . thank you
There are bugs on the aps, fastwork on website better than the aps one. I hope fastwork can fix the bug thank you.
The app's notifications remains unread although I have opened them several times to get rid of them. Please make a fix...

After choosing the country it didn't let me choose language and assigned the language automatically. Why make button "choose language" then?
Im a Filipino try to have opportunity online ..But only Thai and Indonesia country available .. so cant Say its a freelance app for SEA as only 2 countries on it ....I will rate 5 star if there's Philippines on as PH is a SEA country ..hoping for a feedback from the developer

As a freelancer myself, notification on this app, or I could say this website, is unpredictable. Sometimes app noti- is very late (about 30m - 45m), on website it already notified me. SMS even notify me faster than the app itself. But sometimes it works as it should be. Many times I had a notification that I already know it (like 'my work has been approved') and it's from 4 months ago. It does happened many times. But at least all other functions on this app work as advertised.
