been following exercises for last few weeks in my eyes they cover everything. Finding a massive difference in my overall body. The main part is you can do most of exercises at home if you have the basic weights. this is why I rated you with 5 stars.
i really like how you diplay those different exercises in this app and also it is a big help in fat burning and muscle building. so thanks, hope that we shall get un update of the app with new moves very soon.
Good app but missing metric units, and animated exercises are prerty small. All in all, very good app
Just now i installed this app.... i found i am little normal ... then they recommended me to do some eating habits... this is more useful app .... i request u to give home workouts because some won't have proper things which u suggest...
Pretty handy. Haven't been in the gym in 20 years. The suggested workouts by muscle sections is great. Kept me looking like a dumb axx on my first few visits.

I feel that If someone just try to follow the instruction given that will help mostly in creating healthy and simple life with this app.
It is helpful . It should be made more advance with video training and audio diet plan
Worst app.. No need to download. Too add. No relevant information. Lot of scope for correction.

I have a dairy and gluten intolerance, do telling me to eat more of the things I can't defeat the whole purpose. I'm eating more veg and fruit and also exercising weekly. but I lose size not weight. also I can do jumping exercises due to a bad knee. useless app if I do say so.
