I can't uninstall this APP! whenever I try to do so it would cover my screen with its logo and wouldn't let me uninstall it how do i take it out? i tried running malwarebytes , removing it from apps, but that screen wouldn't go away!!

I am a 42 year old mother of four. I have purchased tons of workout DVD's in the past; so, believe me when I say that this app is a true contender! I was huffing and puffing from the beginning. The only drawback for me is that I have an injured shoulder, and there is a lot of arm use in these exercises. Still, great app!!!

So a Big Thanks to the Devs !!😀 Just remember to Check with your Dr. Or Physiotherapist that you are in good enough health for All the Workouts - personally I have several medical problems that mean I can't do All the Workouts, but doing what I can is a benefit - for now and in the future. I can only hope that more people spread the word about this great App !😀
