It's a great App, it increases every day the number of reps that needs to be done and also changes some of the exercises. It's hard sometimes but i guess that's why it has a pause button. Never in my life I thought I could do over 100 of reps of same exercise but now I can. Good job!

Only just started but very easy to follow and meal plan and workouts together for free is very worth it. Meal plan is quite boring but I guess, it's for rapid weight loss. Workouts are easy to follow and ticking off days is motivating. No results yet

Love this im on day 1 and I'm puffed out I think on day 30 u will be as fin as a piece of paper. It also makes a timer to start your workout but I'm only 15 so I need to go to school so my timer is like a 4 o'clock I hope u get this app and feel happier with your body after and I need a drink so yeah wait one sec I'm back and I just went to the toilet and I need to go again allready so don't do this before school. Also there are lots of settings u can change and it is realy easy workout so bye

I have been working out on this app since feburary1,2020 and I was 230.7pounds but last time I weighted 208.1 but right now iam gaining muscle and losing pounds and inches and losing fat I have had an amazing experience my first year with this app thank you so much for making this app it has a core building and losing fat in the first app and fat loss and gaining muscle and getting rid of the muffin top I still have alot of work to do it's easy to make Tim just a few minutes day

There is no warm ups and cool down exercises. I couldn't understand what is the *2 times mean in the meal plan. Should have to improve the instructions in a better way .
