Great app. The 30 day challenge is free, and the rest is around £40 per year which I think is really good value. It has everything I want for a fitness app except one thing. It seem you loose all progress when you switch phone. There doesn't seem to be user in that sense, it's all connected to your phone. This seems like an easy feature to add, hope it will be added soon!

Highly recommended. Just downloaded the app & it seems to be just what I was looking for. I lost tone & muscle & only want to regain my body after back surgery. 3 modes & something 4 everyone. The app is easy to navigate and the workouts appear to be just what I need to get back into shape at a healthy pace. You can use your Playlist or utilize the trainer. The option to upgrade is available and won't cost you a newly toned arm or leg. Upgrade and open up so much more.

Really like the app, however, I wish it allowed more time to transition from one exercise to the next. I can only speak for myself, but 10 seconds is not enough time to reposition oneself when moving from floor to standing or vice versa. It would also be helpful if the app allowed one to go back and repeat the previous exercise or skip to the next one.

This is my first time feeling good about working out, and actually lasting this long. What's good about this app is it doesn't immediately make you do strenuous activities, unlike other apps. It gradually increases the duration and difficulty of your exercises, so it helps your body adjust to the difficulty. I'm on day 19, and I can actually feel the difference, without noticing that it already got harder (it actually feels easier now compared to when I started - I'm even doubling the sets!).

I find this app to be really good. You physically move on as it progresses through the exercises and it seems to understand your thoughts as the voice gives you extra information while working out, most times I was asking myself whether I was doing it right and it seemed to give info answering my question. I know it's not magic, but it's definitely magical how the developers and PTs worked together in putting these inputs in the app. Definitely must try.

Good app but I have a question! Exercises targeted to to your goals with 3 different levels however there is a choice to take a few seconds or 20 seconds between each exercise but no advice as the benefits of resting or simply going from exercise to exercise. For example...which is best for fat burning? Which is best for cardio? Also no option to exclude a certain exercise. Otherwise I like it and have opted to pay for a year as I find it easy to use.

So far it's been good. Real simple and easy. Stretching and building muscles that I don't even think I knew about. Nice to travel with can do most of it anywhere. After trying Multiple workout apps I would say that this creator is my favourite. And if you choose to go premium it's so cheap! Easy to discontinue the payments. No hassle.

It helps me become hard working and the exercise don't take an hour or half an hour which is great because I can just do them before going to school or before bed, it also shows us stretches the one I like the most there is the one for our faces because doing the exercises mostly helps with our bodies and not our faces but this option also helps us to focus on our faces which helps me a lot,thank you for making this App it's really helpful.

Love that it didn't ding after each exercise and they are timed so you can go fast and get lots of reps in or slow and less. I also like that I don't have to touch my phone except once to stay the whole routine. It plays through each exercise with just a few seconds in between to catch your breath. All in all great app!!

Good quick workout. I do agree with other reviews in that there needs to be a slightly longer transition when going from floor to standing exercise and vice versa. Something like 15-20 seconds, not 10 seconds. I know you can add 20s, but 30s rest is too long.

The biggest contributor to fat loss/gain is diet (calorie deficit!), but good workouts massively help your metabolism, overall fitness, and your wellbeing. I've been using this app regularly and the workouts are great. It does everything I need - easy visual of the exercise, audible instructions so I don't need to worry about watching or setting timers, and the exercises themselves are all doable at home without special equipment. :)

Easy to follow. Got me back into exercising because it starts off easy and slowly builds to more exercises per session. Barely noticed i went from 8 minutes to 15. Plus if you aren't too tired you can do it again, and you can edit the routines to add more time or change up the exercise. Love it.

I used to be in the gym quite a bit...then had a baby. Most of you know how that goes. So needless to say I'm a bit out of shape. This app let's me work out while she sleeps and I have to say its great. It let's you choose your difficulty level, and good visual descriptions of what the exercise is. I like it for home workouts on my timetable!

This app is super easy to follow, gives you great workouts, and has a reminder for each day so that you don't forget to do it. With workouts that follow the same routine day by day, I usually get bored. But this one switches it up each day, while still giving you exercises you're familiar with. I love using it!

I love this app. I've only been using it for 3 days but I definitely feel better about myself since i have started. I really like how there are tips voiced during the exercises like "your legs should be slightly bent" or even when you should be exhaling/inhaling. It's like having your own personal trainer. It's a really good app u can lose about half a kg per day it makes u reach your goal easily and the voice helps a lot it made a difference in my weight already and its only been one week I absolutely love it and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight or get abs. I love it because it has the option for beginners just like me. The first lesson is only 6 min and it's a huge help because you think "come on, it's just 6 min, I can totally do it !" That's what made me think anyway... but oh boy those 6 min made me sweat but not breathless. This start it is a big hope for everyone who wants to try it! Tried other apps didn't seemed right for me. This one makes it feel real and achievable!

The demos on how to do correct workout pose are easy to follow. I like that it counts down until the position is almost complete as well as the countdown to get ready for next position. The tips during each pose is also very helpful.

Worst experience ever. I was charged twice on a subscription service I never use before. I was charged the highest amount on this app for 1 year without any consent. During that 1 year, I still had to watch ads, so what was I been charged on? Can't find any contact to feedback this problem. Recieved no service but charged at the highest amount. Disappointing

First time user, easy lose belly fat HIIT, anything but easy but you want to know you've done something at the end of a workout, just need to keep going, it's definitely motivated me, for something that looks easy it feels like the effort to complete it will be worthwhile. I've recently gone back to the gym and nothing has got me as pumped as this simple workout, absolutely fantastic.

Great for beginners. Had to adjust the jumping jack exercises cause I cant jump otherwise I find this app very easy to use. Excited that I finally found an app I can use and it's free. There is a premium option but I find the free version works great for my needs.

Great app. I use all your body workout apps and i am thinking of buying the custom made plans since they are really good. I have just given birth and there is no time for goint to gym, but this exercises really help me get back into shape. It would be great if you would make something for after pregnancy.
