Won't let me login. Or register under a different email. I've had the scale for maybe 2 years now. I used the app regularly until I moved. Now it doesn't work.
It won't keep my information. I have to keep entering my user information. Network error all the time. Very frustrating.
With the new update, the app constantly crashes the second you open it. It doesn't work anymore
Everything very good except one thing. It takes time to delete a historical entry.
I think the servers were shut down. You can't do anything because it won't allow you to create a login or save a profile.
this is sad it seems that after.i have this app a good review the app just stop working period smh I wish like hell there was another compatible app for my scale . So mad
Keep getting a network invalid error!!! It used to work fine!!
It will connect to the scale but it doesn't log the weight???
All i get is "current network invalid" on both my S6 and S7. Use less unfortunately.

I've been very pleased. I have had zero problems using the ap with my scale.

Well, the review is technically for the app, which works fine, and I like the history and assessment tools. The problem, I think, is in the scale's results. While other scales will tell me that I have 21.9% body fat, this one will consistently tell me that I have more than 30%. Not sure if it's a hardware or software problem, but it's definitely why I will not be continuing to use it.
Works flawlessly with my scale. I really like the history graphs. I can't tell the difference in color coding for high side and high. Needs a revamp and make high side orange and high red.
No export or sync to other apps e.g. Google Fit. Not working without internet connection. Visceral fat not updating
I just find out solution to fix connection issues. You need to create minimum two profiles in your account. When you start app just switch to second profile and return to yours. After that you can check weight and app will read all data. Hopefully they fix that in future.
Impossible to use. Scale wouldn't pair and no option to change/see settings

The app shows more than your weight. Must make sure to add yourself as a member, then the number will populate. Use YouTube, all the smart scales are have a similar set up process. Works as advertised
RUBBISH, I keep getting an invalid network error. I have to weigh myself about 10 times before it will register my weight. It also randomly looses my weight history, I then have to uninstall and reinstall the app and it brings some of the weight history back but not all of it. Very Annoying after paying for bluetooth scales.
