Fatafat - Delivery Experts

I can't sign up or use guest log in as OTP does not work. I have tried it multiple time and each time I've entered it correctly but the app says it is wrong. And after 4 attempts, I need to wait an hour to retry. I uninstalled this app. Will not be reinstalling it again.

This app is WORST, they suddenly cancel the order without informing the person who has ordered . And don't give back the money and they don't have COF option also .And also the delivery service is bad. I personally convey to people that kindly don't use the app, you will face problem. They don't have definate answers for their behaviour. The assisting team is also worst.

Terrible service. It took them an hour and a half for a simple delivery. I would rather to shift to your competitor and order from them even though they charge too much better than you service.

Delivery time is longer than expected sometimes it takes 90 mins to get delivered, by the time your food get delivered to you the quality of food got deteriorated and became soggy. Even cashbacks are not being credited even after applying the discount coupons. I have very worst experience ordering via fatafat, sometimes they delivered half plate instead of full plate, they are changing the order and quantity too.

It does not operate in my city, it confessed in chating, but it pasted advertisement through out the city, even it was offering some discounts too! And now you can't remove your account once created. 05/05: Everything were cleary stated. What more the team needs was beyond my understanding! All these food delivery apps like Swiggy,Zomato and their authorities are like this, unprofessional,poor performing ones. They take us for granted!

Please work on the app. Everytime you restart the app it asks to login again and asks for OTP and the chat option is buggy. The app opens slow and takes a lot of time to reload an option. Please fix the issue and I'll rate it a 5 star. I love the interface but it's better than other apps.

Never use it. Useless app, more like a scam. I ordered an item from a restaurant and I have paid for it. They make me wait for more than an hour (which was already late than the delivery time and exceeding that as well) and cancelled my order at the last moment. They got my money and I got disappointment. Pathetic.

One of the best food delivering app experienced so far. All the aspects are considered properly especially safety and cleanliness which is a major concern in this pandemic. All the food are delivered on time and the user interface is the highlight of the app.

Very Good Service. Especially the "custom order" in which you can order anything without worrying about availability at the outlet. If the item is available in market they will deliver. Only suggestion is to include a delivery receipt with price in the app itself for future reference.

One of the most pathetic app to use. It's better to order directly from stores in Paonta and nearby cities in place of using this app because via this app you get damaged or expired products and they don't even get replaced Similarly on ordering food You get less quantity and price is also higher Even sometimes they deliver stale food. Better to order directly from restaurants thn this app. Total fraud

They advertise false offers and every time you try to apply the coupon it tells you that you didn't reach the 7BHD minimum amount. And after you add items to reach the minimum amount they just told you about, it tells you again that you didn't reach THE 9BHD minimum amount. And that minimum amount just keeps increasing the more items you add.

Very cheap marketing strategies are what they use in their application. Whatever the offer you see in their advertisements or in the app, forget it! At the end you will be scammed ! And about the delivery time.. LOL😆 , the slowest among all!

Fatafat is very user friendly application to access. I used pick and drop option, the delivery service was quick and safe. And also custom order option is very useful to place order for any items as per the requirement. "Get Everything on single place"- FATAFAT.

As a person living away from the city, the delivery experience is so nice. I had an order delivered from 20 kms away from my home from the city. No other app would do that. I use it regularly now! Just amazing

Super app, which allowed me to get grocery and food from my favorite restaurant to my house. Further, used "Pick and Drop" facility for picking my medical report from test lab to deliver to my home. Easy to navigate across options & categories.Chat support is also good.

It was gud in the start.But not now. They have added so many things that it becomes so costly to order a meal.There is cgst, convenience tax as well as the delivery cost, many times it is more than the 30 rs.Even the price is much higher than in the shop.With all these u have to pay 50-60 rs.extra than ur meal cost.Loyalty points disappears after few days from ur account.I thought it was a gud app,I even recommended it to my friends and classmates.But it is as useless as it is. Disappointing!

The app experience is amazing and the whole interface is really user friendly. Also the services are available across all major cities and have different categories of merchants available.

This app is full of bugs,, you can't even rate a restuarant after ordering food, and the customer service experience is also very bad. On every issue they only reply "we will talk to our tech team".

This is an useless app. They just take orders and cancel everytime giving some or the other excuse. I don't understand the point of taking the order if it is to be cancelled each and everytime. Senseless app.

Such a bad app. Ur forced to pay with card before recieving your order and if your order doesnt get accepted the customer support doesnt give u a refund because they dont reply at all. The customer support chat is useless. Why is it a feature if you cant chat with anyone? Edit: I am doubling down on how bad this app is. The customer "support" lied to me after i asked if my order is being prepared and they said yes. 2 hours passed and i didnt recieve my order. Dont waste ur time with this app.

Worst app. After taking online payment goods are not delivered and are shown delivered. No proper customer support. Goods amount shown and amount charged by merchant are different. Hence, customer might need to pay extra to get his delivery done. Further, extra charges for delivery are also charged, extra to the amount already paid for delivery. Hence, you need to pay extra and even if you agree to pay extra your order will not be delivered. Don't fall in this application trap.

In the hard times got really good experience, everyone should use the app for daily needs Or whatever u want to need to deliver at your home. Thank u fatafat Wonderful experience ☺️ Super fast delivery

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for local grocery delivery and some items were out of stock. Customer support has no quick way to find out if the items were indeed out of stock; and they make you wait indefinitely without issuing a refund. Now this might sound crazy - but how about, you know, ask your delivery agent? Don't make the mistake of using this app, or if you have no other choice, don't pay online.

I ordered Pizza today. But it got cancelled saying no delivery guy Available in the area which is absolutely okay. However, should this not be showing before placing order on the app. Now i have to wait for a week inorder to get my refund. This is a very basic thing that should be there.

This is a scam app. Everytime I place an order, it gets rejected. This app loads money into the app wallet and then places order which ultimately gets rejected .You can't reload money back into your account from wallet. So basically it scammed me.
