Father and Son

This is truly an emotional experience. I don't know how to describe this game other than "beautiful" because it is! The strength of this game is the storytelling. It takes its time to let you invest with the characters and the setting. It is poignant yet hopeful at the same time. It shows a universal "human" story. On the technical side of things, the vibrant colors project a pleasant vibe. And the animations are smooth, it doesn't come off as laggy.

The game had good graphics, musical score and gameplay. I downloaded the game after reading all the reviews but to be honest I didn't feel the sameway as in the reviews. Maybe i had too little to connect with the story. The game kinda felt rushed and there could have been more interactions with all those switching between past and future. This game has lot of potential and I have to appreciate the team for creating something different, a interactive graphic novel. Expecting a sequel or update to the current story to the game. Thank you.

A short game which masterfully designed and crafted. Short game but everything is impressive. The music, the story, the art, the smoothness is something that no one would expect. Gameplay is very slow, but the atmosphere and music significantly helping me to enjoy it. Story is indeed a bit confusing, but it really make sense when you got it. The 2nd story is hitting me deep on my moral decision making and successfully made me shed some tears. A shame there is GPS-locked areas, but not a problem.

I really like the backgrounds and background music a lot. Its asthetically very pleasing and just like a museum. The story is engaging. The idea of time travelling and experiencing each piece in museum is ingenious. Few things that I had trouble with was that, as there was no narration of gameplay in the beginning, I felt lost as to what I should do. Next the character felt really tiny compared to my mobile screen, so it was difficult to spot it.

An emotional journey with beautiful soundtrack but it was so short, I wished the game was much more to bring than this but as a short game, it was beautiful but it could be much more better if you guys can put some tutorial about the things in the game For example I didn't know that when I touch the clock , it will change to the other character. I hope that you guys release more stuffs

If you're looking for something unique and new in the Play Store, then this is the right app!! This game was truly something right from the beginning. Enhancing about the different art forms in the form of a story while also providing a relaxed gameplay atmosphere is something also why one should install this game. The graphics and sounds of the game were so lifelike. Along with that the story of the main character was also beautiful too. The controls were also really good. 😊

I don't understand... it feels like it lacks of tutorials for a new player. Once you touch a wrong button there's no back button for it, then you'll have to repeat all over again no one wants that, escpecially if you're already in the middle of the storyline. The soundtracks are good and dramatic I loved it. The graphics are artistic, the second reason I installed. Hope they fix it.

Amazing concept. Yet, took a while to understand, had to play twice. Could have been more interesting and lengthy. As I was able to finish within hours also few levels are restricted to "Naples" which is a major drawback. Still, amazingly designed with a soothing storyline. So its, 4.75/5 just because I couldn't explore all the other levels since I am not a resident of Naples. The maker's should really, look into this which is totally unfair on their part. Finally, dissatisfying climax.

I really liked it. Not really a game more of a story. But it's actually amazing. Artwork was beautiful eventhough its not realistic but overall its great. I like history too such as ancient egypt and rome so pretty clicked with me. It's too bad that some features are not unlocked able as I must go to the museum in real life which not most of us can. Too bad the story is too short finished it in just an hour more or less. But good job mate!

great concept for a museum promo material. it's not really a game and story could be deeper/longer for me but it is sublime and interactive and it introduces great material along with the museum as we walk across three time periods. great concept! controls aren't always immediately responsive. worthwhile effort! I've been to Naples with another phone a few years ago and i might return one day. i do love pompeii ruins.

The visualization and its implementation is unique and appealing but overall, there's nothing much else to it. I would call it an interactive little story, not a game. There's nothing much to do except just walk around with no real purpose. I suppose if someone relates to the story, they may find it interesting, but I unfortunately was unable to do so. A real game with a visualization theme similar to this one would be a great experience.

Great art, I love it. The controls are very simple and easy, the story is short but sweet and it gives some historical information which is really cool. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that to unlock some places in the museum, you have to actually visit the musuem in real life. So some people who don't want to go and waste their money but want to unlock those features can't. Maybe they could put in like a quiz about the art pieces that you read about in the game, but overall I love it.

A piece of art. Beautiful graphics, like a guided tour of the museum and its history across Italy and ancient Egypt. Beautiful and soothing and the music is great. For developers : A minor dialogue repetition towards the end that takes two minutes could be fixed though.

I almost never write reviews for apps or games. I used to feel it was a waste of time. That is until I came across this game. This right here is an experience, one that will transport you to some of the most beautiful places in the world. The visuals are stunning to say the least, the accompanying sound is awesome and the story is beautiful. I really don't have enough words to convey how great this game is. It has got no ads, pop-ups or in game purchases...beats almost every other game hollow ❤️

Its a really nice game (I highly recommend) but it really short, of course this game is good for people who want a nice short story, but this is a little to short for my liking, anyhow the story and game is fabulous. Could you maybe add a running button, it sometimes gets a bit boring when you have to walk everywhere especially when your destination is far off. Thank you

Such a beautiful and emotional experience. Stunning art, immersive storyline and mechanics, beautiful music and background noises. Also, love the GPS feature. I hope I can some day unlock them. Didn't expect this game to bring up such emotional responses in me, nor did I expect the story that was about to unfold. Wish I could play this even more.

Just finished this game, and I have to say, it's surprisingly good! Certainly a short, simple, and sweet game; it was enjoyable to play. However, this isn't rated 5 stars, only because there could have been more gameplay & the storyline's quite confusing (why was it necessary to travel back to the past?), it should've been explained. Nevertheless, good game!

I loved the game. The only critic I could have is the locked content available only if we visit the museum. Unfortunately many don't live in Maple or cannot afford to go there so I believe there should be another way proposed to unlock these. Apart from that I found the graphic, soundtrack and story beautiful.

that was a beautiful game. it was very simple and easy to pick up. the soundtrack invoked a sense of nostalgia and seeing how each person may view the father so drastically different at the end is intriguing. i personally enjoyed all the historical references and seeing the shift between our time and the past. a beautiful game

Honestly I never have written any reviews for games. Well this one is a masterpiece. The way the story has been told was so so good. And I'm honestly enjoyed It. Not only at the point of Michael, the characters of the pasts and the way of bonding and care with their family was so good. Only flaw is at the time I am unable to visit Naples. So I can't access the other two options in the museum. Game was short at the time it made a deep impact in the players

This game really moved me, the storyline is very attractive and I couldn't stop playing it! I live the fact you can travel back in time (with the option to skip it) and the animations and the music are very calming. Perfect to play before bed 💓

I would give a Zero 0 rating if I could.I can't even begin the game. I've made sure it's updated, deleted the cache, etc and re installed it, completely exited out of it and re loaded and but every time I open it and the selections screen comes up for languages and I press English and then "ok" it starts going to the next screen and then crashes, it stops loading and the game exits and I'm left on my home screen. I don't have any issues with my other games or my phone. When will this get fixed??

it's a pretty good game with a nice touching story. the only flaw it has is that it's waaaayyy too short. it literally took me less than 3 hours to finish the game. plus there are some other places i couldn't explore because apparently you have to visit the actual naples museum in real life to unlock it🙄. but overall it's a good game😊.

I thoroughly enjoyed the music - would have been nicer if the lyrics were flashed at the bottom in the language I was playing in. The premise was promising but thin. There's hints at a point-click game, a choose-adventure game, even a casual puzzle game all the while having Federico explain by gradual exposition how his work, in the end, was an act of love for Michael and his mother. Perhaps a journal that makes sense as more museum pieces are examined? More meaningful interactions with NPCs?

a very good story telling game. I strongly recommend. No ads, no in app purchases, no nagging. Artwork, music, concept... all flawless. Bravo! For improvements: English script should be edited, there are some weird sounding sentences. Turkish translation is needed.

Enjoyed the sounds and music and the graphics was pretty nice. The story was okay if a bit confusing (still not sure I got the correct interpretation). But all in all enjoyed it very much.

I played this game a while ago... It was absolutely amazing in the drawing,the sounds effects, especially the story and the switching between the present and the past... I wish it was a little bit longer anyways I recommend this game a lot!

This game is a freaking MASTERPIECE. This is just Art, from the Animation to the music to the story. It's mesmerizing and great. Why I have given only 4 stars is that it's way too short. I want more, no i NEED more. Please make a part two or another game like this. Yours Kanade

This is a fairly short and linear experience but it's beautifully realised. At root it is about how we situate ourselves in relation to history - the history of the world, the history of our families, our personal histories. Art objects have a unique role in this, and the Naples National Archaeological Museum deserves credit for exploring this in an innovative format. The writing is excellent (though occasionally the English translation is imperfect) and many of the scenes deeply touching.
