Will not sync to ReadiBand5 anymore. I've setup and used 2 bands and they both quickly failed to sync after just a few days. Second band only synced twice before failing. Followed all the troubleshooting steps. Nothing fixes the issue once it stops syncing. It's been over 10 days since it last synced. The software seems to have compatability issues or bugs. There is no way to force syncing as the software can't locate the band, using the options menus button.
The only great part of this device is that it shows the sleep fatigue graph but the synchronizing part of it is not good. Seems to stop detecting the device for whatever reason and that makes me feel like taking it off. I feel it needs to polished up a bit more...
Syncing issues with S10+. Had it working then it stopped and will not sync. It stopped working after recent software update on phone.Installed app on iPhone and has no syncing issues. When it works its good.
I like the app BUT. I need to sign out and restart my phone every time I want to sync... There's surely a problem with the app that needs to be addressed
Since up date. This app won't sync for 2 days (and a lot of trying) after I fly. Very bad for someone who works FIFO...
Synced with Readi band 5 ok for 3 days and then just stopped synching. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall app. Sync/refresh symbol in app also 'greyed' out.
Trying to connect my Fitbit to the account is not clear and there isn't any information on this process anywhere. Would be helpful if this was added for users of Readi with Fitbits.
If you are great at sleeping the app will so that if you are not good luck improving. Not at all helpful with trying to improve.
Well, I have no idea on what went wrong. My phone can't find my readi band after a week of use!?🤔

Handy but would be much better if more than one week of data was shown, and if you could access the data for each night's sleep at any time in the future. Currently, your most recent sleep disappears from the app not long after syncing. There is a lot more information available on the website log in that would be far more helpful if viewable from the app. Alertness levels and sleep data sometimes appears to be inaccurate or illogical given your sleep history and I wonder if there are problems relating to it operating across time zones.
Have issues with syncing if I miss syncing just after 12-18 hours it won't syns and resets to 3 and cant locate device can be a pain in the arse. Tech support is good tho any issues I have are usually sorted out quickly. I have to rely on the this device for my work to be able to do over time shifts. Would like to see major upgrades to this app to sort out these issues. It makes it a pain when i have to travel for work and because it won't sync i dont a score and miss out on overtime.
