horrible. I changed to a new phone and have tried to relogin multiple times. 8 times, to be precise, both thru grab, and thru my registered phone number. both ways, it keeps sending an error message to say my account already exists. of course it exists!! that's why I'm trying to login! highly exasperating.

changed phone. reloaded the app, clicked login but kept receiving error that account already exists. really dumb, looks like the login icon is linked to create new account instead. so my Fave credits all going to expire within.

Why does ad pop up everytime you open the app? I can guarantee most use case for the app is to scan and make payment. Does the flow of frantically closing ad before tapping on scan icon make any sense? Other than that, payment works well.

It purposely cause the last payment of fave pay later to collect late payment fee. All cards to make payment for the last payment was declined. The issue was resolved and seems to be working again.

ATM Transfer literally ruined this app experience. Always crashing when using this payment method, there is no way to go back to pay for the voucher that used this payment method at all. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you.

Fave App will NOT enable you to top up GrabPay, despite providing you a button to do so within Fave. This is misleading and has led to loss of money as Cashback vouchers will be "lost" when you top up GrabPay. And Favev refuses to refund me and rectify this problem.

The payment page does not load when making payment, end up the e-card purchased could not be used. Yet I cannot have refund for it. What a disappointment. There should be some flexibility in handling this issue. I guess I will reduce my purchases via Fave as it is not the first time the app fails me when making payment. Ironically it runs smoothly when purchasing the deals!

I was doing a Fave payment and instead of completing the payment Fave asked if I wanted to do a voucher purchase. First, Fave shouldn't ask about buying voucher while customer is doing another purchase, which can easily lead to a mistake ( which unfortunately I did). Second, there was a button that said something to the effect of continue with payment instead of asking if we want to confirm voucher purchase. Again increases chance of mistake.

Fave pay never pre-authorize the debit card, today suddenly ask for ccv for most of my card, some already authorized but today asking again... This is pretty frustrating because a lot of people waiting behind me to complete the payment.

App keeps malfunctioning. Unable to load it. Uninstalled and reinstalled but same thing happens. Error message appears with "Snap, something went wrong." Unable to open the app at all.

While using Fave app, it suddenly gets stuck in loading please wait page many times and have to force close the app. No confidence in using Fave for payments as the stuck loading page appears too often which can be seen from other reviews. Furthermore, a popup promo box keeps showing up when launching app which is bad user experience especially when the intention is to use scan & pay in stores. Should be a promo banner instead of popup box.

Easy to use and earn cashback that gets redeemed at every purchase without having to do anything

can't login. The app asked me to provide name & email on landing page. When input it says my name already taken. If course I'm an existing user...why can't I login? Stupid thing is it get stuck there, not even asking if I want to login, it just refuse to allow me to use the app. I haven't use the app for quite a while but I've used it before for many transactions

App frequent malfunction, standing infront of a queue of ten.. waiting for fave app pink circle to spin and at the sametime pressure from the back of the queue to scan that qr code....second time experiencing this.. bad experience... need to fit the bug asap

Always crashing when I want to pay. Already uninstall and reinstall but still didn't work. Its been months

Should look into online purchase and fulfilment features. Most of the time just buying the eCards or deals and visit the merchants to perform the purchases.

This app is good for payments and deals, have been using it for many years. However, there's always minor hiccups in the app. For example, sometimes when i make payments, the app crashes or says the payment did not go through, but it was paid as reflected on the merchant side. Sometimes when i want to pay using fave pay, the app just crashes. I always ensure good signal when i use the app, so it upsets me a lot. Please fix the issue. Thank you.

The user experience has really gone downhill over the months. These are the few MAJOR FLAWS that needs to be remedied. 1. Slow to load 2. Forces to update before you can launch. Many other apps allow you to use the current or old version. 3. Forces you look at advert before scanning to pay. I think the era of fave is over and it would be a matter of time before it was folds.

There was some initial fumbling as I had installed the app right at the cashier's station, and Fave seemed cluttered with so many buttons. However, with help from the cashier, I was able to complete this first transaction quickly. Thereafter, it was easy enough to familiarise myself with the many functions, and it's now my favourite payment scheme.

Can't verify for later payment. Every time it says something went wrong.

Lousy App With No Way To Change Login Ways. Just keep saying account email account is in use but no way to login with email account.

I've had a few instances where the store I went to didn't accept cards and I used this app instead. Very fast, very simple and easy to use. It would be nice if using linked cards automatically applied rebates, like Shopback does. I've recommended Shopback many times because of this one feature.
