Favor Runner

Too much being on airplane mode, force stop app, or restarting to get assignments it has too much bug in the app which I'm using is Samsung S22+ and I'm on 5G network with Cricket wireless it still issue while other runners getting so often, no idea why I have to wait too long once I put myself on airplane mode then back on and I ended up almost missed the favor/assignments. I hope it need to be fixed I think it is technical issue. Apple seems getting it before Android does idky

It will take me some getting used cuz i just started. I will change my review after I've had a chance to use it. It would be nice if they had a phone number listed at the top on a page. i realize they probably want to discourage people from calling in. But it's an employer so I would expect them to have a phone number somewhere visible. I consider myself pretty internet-savvy and computer savvy but even I am stumped by some things and I just would like reassurance.

I feel like customer service can be a lot better and I've run other apps in the past like Postmates, instacart, DoorDash. they all compensate for order issues with delivery or with going to a store that's already closed and stuff like that but favor does not and that's a big issue cuz a lot of times I have problems with orders that any other company would give me compensation for my time and favor does not so I don't like that aspect of it

This app consistently pays you below minimum wage. Unfortunately it has great potential so it is hard to give a bad rating, but I have been consistently let down by this app. Getting orders that other delivery drivers got wrong just to have the customer cancel and I get paid nothing for the time I spend to sort their problem out.

I had a favor runner account. It got suspended due to some small tickets on my license. That were already resolved. My girlfriend made an account and tried to change her number to the one on my old account due to her not having a phone. So, they deactivated her account. Used to like this app. But, that just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Need to switch to a tablet. Too much time wasted ordering and waiting on food. Also, the curbside orders need to be more transparent. I don't like getting there only to be overwhelmed by the size/number of items (and then having to drag them up 3 flights of stairs sometimes). Out of 1500+ orders, I've only ever met the promos a handful of times. They stop sending you orders within 2 or 3 deliveries of reaching promo payouts. They basically expect you to stay out the entire day.

pay is 1 dollar over price for a gallon of gas. the trip was 9 miles away, and next city over . $6.60 pay minus a dollar for instapay. makes 5.60, with 18 miles round trip well do the math, not to mention that 15-minute wait in line for the food be ready. I tried it again and this app has been a waste to me again.

Currently, the "earnings" section of the app is completely unresponsive. Everything else in the app seems to be working properly(at least showing up when I click on it) fix this issue please, asap

favor is awesome.. the only bad thing is that there aren't enough runs to keep me from jumping over to doordash. which pays less but it keeps me busy. sorry favor. u are my favorite but I gotta go where the money is at all the time

(NOTE: I use my bike for deliveries in the bike zone) Their delivery backpacks are amazing for their price, especially with their cup holders inside. The pay however is not so great unless you hit a promo. I decided to try out uber eats and quickly discovered that I make a LOT more money with them. And that's comparing the favor promos to the average non-promo pay from uber eats. If you're delivering via bike, give favor a hard pass. They barely pay you anything.

If you utilize the promos correctly, you can make a lot of money, so a lot of these reviews just aren't doing things right. I do have a gripe, though. Recently Favor introduced $.50 per order fuel pay, to help with the price of gas, while at the same time making all their promos more difficult to get, and simulatenously lowering their pay per order. Manipulation

Absolutely terrible. Went to go complete an HEB order, the only orders worth taking on here, and when I got there there had been a shooting. Cops had blocked off the curbside pickup and there were multiple people woth body armor in the area. I contacted favor support, but go no response. I then contacted the customer. The customer had contacted support who said everything was fine and that I was lying. An hour later, the order was unassigned from me even though I never talked to a support agent

The update makes it impossible to view your schedule or your earnings without First providing your location. It's just silly and annoying for those of us who are aware of safety issues when one leaves their location on at all times. Also, update drains the battery SUPER fast. Grab your charger folks! Still not great at assessing location, when it is on, to provide assignments. Has assigned orders 2.5 hours away (TAF???)!

I like the incentives. I don't like when it says I have an order but it won't pop up on the app yet counts against my acceptance but other than that it's cool. Customers are kind.

Started off good. Then it started giving other drivers more favors. I noticed since we all are in the same lot and rating. Some finish before 12 while others stay until 6 pm.

No clue how much I get paid for a favor 24 hours after favor is delivered. No in app messaging system. I have to use my text app, if you run for couple hours you will have bunch of strangers numbers on your text app. Customers keep annoying me even after order is delivered thanks to Favor not having in app messaging. Be cautious, advertised promos are never paid accurately. App short you $$$ on promo after 100% completion. SMH...

5 stars for the app but driving for Favor? Pass. Low pay, misleading wording in promos. Promised $70 for running 5 favors and delivered only $57. When my tips are included it ads up to $70. Total BS to include my tips in the promo. IC pays more, is transparent, & flexible. I choose which I jobs take based on what works for me so I don't get docked for declining a delivery that's too low pay or too far away to be profitable. Treat drivers better.

Since the minimum a runner can make is $4.10 per order, it would be more helpful for customers to order directly with each merchant. And for Favor to pay per mile instead of a base pay of $2.10 per order. Some orders has a runner driving over 10 miles, $2.10 does not cover gas spend. They do implement PROMOS but not everyone receives same promo, some are better than others while some cities get zero promos.

This app is horrible! I can never get on the app when I want to! It always says that the neighborhoods are full! Why are yall limiting drivers on the road! Other apps let you drive anytime without limitation! On top of that the customers are allowed to order food and given until the next day to pay, leaving drivers to have to wait to get paid! This app sucks major butt!!!

I got to say it's been very nice working for favor and I think the app and zones need updating and restructuring nothing major just a little.

Last weekend was my first time Running with Favor as side job and it's pretty good. I will admit it takes time to make your own routine to make sure you get the customers their orders. Hoping my second weekend goes better with the delivering tips I learned from the site on the app. Update: 9.2.2021 Only been a month and it's hard to get on the schedule. Running on demand gets you 1 run per hour 2 if you're in a good spot. Scheduled hours you get more runs. Not worth the gas. Hard to claim hours.

Buggy app. I've reported dozens of problems, yet, in the past 5 months, only one of them has been fixed .

Doesn't have all the features like the Doordash app, but overall works well. App seems to be much more stable than some of their competitors. With the promos average 110$+ for 3-3.5 hrs of work.

This app is HORRIBLE. I can't even START! I got my background check done and it says to login into the driver's app to continue the last step and recieve my card but when I login it just wants to the favor app to ORDER. It's COMPLETE bullcrap. When I press no I'm just back at the login page. I hate this app already. Lost a driver 👋 ridiculous

It's better on an apple phone than a Samsung phone because it saves all the templates and it worms great with apple maps to get to Hotspot. but on a Samsung it can never take take you the Hotspot by clicking on it, google maps won't open the Hotspot locations.

Starting out on much better terms than DD , if we keep the pace and direction it's a welcome change.

The promos are cool WHEN or IF they pay out the promised amount of money. You pay extra to deposit your money instantly and it's supposed to be in your account in 30 minutes or less. It never gets deposited in that time frame. It's more like a day and half.

Easy way to make some side cash for a date night, or to pay bills if you're going to be short that month. You can withdrawal instantly and spend what you made that day. Also the promos they have are a great incentive to do extra favors for some extra cash!

this is a great way to make extra money. the promos really add up and motivate you to do all runs.

Runner is an easy way to make quick cash. I do it as a side job, 2 favors a day after work early in the morning and make about $8 a delivery at least. (they also have an instant pay feature, which currently only runs a $0.99 fee)
