Favorite Staffing

The app is horrible! It takes too long to load. I'll be on time for my shift but have to wait at least 2 minutes for it let me in. The connection on my phone and tablet are fine because everything else runs smoothly. This whole app needs to be redesigned. I prefer Intelycare's app over this. It is smoother and overall a cleaner and simpler app.

Can anyone with an android phone have any tips on how to not have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app just to clock in and out? I keep having to screenshot the signature and rejection of the signature for proof that i am in fact there....this will be the third week it hasny worked and have had to have my office put it through on their end after getting conformation that i did complete those shifts from the facility

ANYONE HAVING THR ERROR MESSAGE! On my Android if I delete the storage data and the cache before opening the app you don't have keep reinstalling it. I don't know if that will work for everyone but after a months of dealing with this i finally don't have to reinstall before every use of the app now. Horrible app. I switched phones and now I can't access my work app at all. No one from this app will contact you back either.

This app continues not to work with my new phone. Moto g stylus 5g I have to use my old phone on hotspot and have someone sign from there. I've tried everything to update and now the app will not show me any of my shifts

This is the worst app for busy-hard-working people. It chooses when to work and when not to, freezes anytime. A simple mistake in entering time card cannot be corrected. Most of the time, it's when you have to get approval that it freezes and makes the lives of busy people hard.

Always have to delete the data in order to sign at the end of each shift. Looking at the reviews this has been an issue for while. Favorite needs to do better and stay on top of this app or get a new system. Hasn't been updated since December 2019. Its so embarrassing trying to have a supervisor sign you out at the end of the shift and you're pretty much at the mercy of the app in order to get paid. No way around it.

the update is terrible! freezes all the time. logs off in the middle of signing off for my shift. The words are extra small. Booking multiple shifts in the calender tends to freeze it as well. I wish they never changed it

I have had to uninstall then reinstall this app twice in order for it to start working properly because it freezes. I'm getting ready to uninstall it for a third time. It's a great app, just wish it would work properly.

I agree with everyone 'a review. This App is pitiful. I've been unable to open it since December 28th to have my shifts signed. This is my 7th shift since December 28th. I canceled the App thinking I could install it again and it would work again..Wrong!!!!!! Favorite tells me it's my responsibility to have the hospital download a timesheet sign it and email it back to them or I won't be paid. I fill out a blank piece of paper with my time have the House Supervisor sign it. I snap a photo of it and text it to Favorite and told them it's their responsibility to get the timse sheet to and from the Hospital that Favorite requires. The Hospital is fed up ,I'm fed up and 2 more shifts this week and good bye Favorite. I'll find an Agency that uses paper timesheets..

This app is terribly defective. It ought to be discontinued. I keep installing and uninstalling, still couldn't get my time sheet signed. It's been 3 straight work days that I have worked but I never got my time sheet typed. I am done.

I love favorite staffing I work when I want too if a place overwork you don't have to come back. favorite also give you a chance to see how a place is if you decide to work for them. The pay is excellent. The less you can get in pay is 17.00 from there up. I will prefer favorite to anybody, which l did a few people go on line and apply.

Rude staff pick and choose which buddy they offer highest paying shifts to and refuse the rest access to them...now has a text msg line where if your refused access to app SO YOU CAN NOT SEE $! RATES AND ADDRESS ... YOUR NOT TOLD THE RATE.. SO IF YOU ASK THEY MAY SAY 23 OR 30 AND IF YOU SAY NO BASED ON LOW RATES ....THEY DO NOT SUBMIT FUTURE OFFERS TO OTHER FACILITIES !?!......BUT THEY LIE AND SAY THEY DID SO YOUR WAITING FOR NOTHING...

Im a STNA in Cleveland/Ohio. The app is sh***y and has multiple glitches. You have force stop the app and restart multiple times.Beware of signatures not going through at end of shift, DOUBLE check because this app had a habit of that.They pay okay but MSN and Intelycare pay a lot better. My paychecks was always accurate *knocks on wood* Staff could be A LOT better.Its a few individuals with messed up attitudes.

This app loads then is stuck on the loading screen. This is so frustrating....plus I'm on hold forever with the i.t. people and it's impossible to work and try to get help with this.......

The app is always saying obeject not set to object it has so many problems I deleted and reinstall the app 6 different times and it still is not working strongly dislike the app.

This app is a joke. When I try to login, it keeps saying invalid user name and or password. I have tried changing both still doesn't work.

Do not waste your time. App will not work after several attempts. Even after installing, then uninstalling and installing again. BAD app.

This app is the worst, not only can I not get it to work now, but my time is not being submitted properly and i've dealt with missed pay for two weeks in a row now. I love my job but i would love if we could go without this app

does not work with new Samsung Galaxy phones. Recieve message that Favorite app built for an older version of android. Check for updates.

Multiple attempts and will not load.

This app does wont even up for me to sign into my account. I have deleted app and installed multiple times and it still wont work.

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app on numerous occasions just to make it work. Always giving error messages

This app is awful. I can never connect to internet and when I do the app won't open.
