FAX App: fax from Phone. Send mobile PDF documents

So easy and convenient! Love that I dont have to go to a store to fax. Confirmations also come right to my phone.

Excellent app, very user friendly. Worked right out of the box.

Really good app but, I really wish it allowed me to view a receipt of documents sent instead of just a message saying it went through. With faxes, it's really never certain how many pages went through, so I would like to see a bit more confirmation, like a pdf file of all docs sent or something like that in future updates. Also, being able to create an account would be nice. Something I can attach my email with, & keep a personal log of sent & received faxes. Other than that, it's quite useful.

Did what it said it would. Went with the flat 250 credit option for $9.99 or .40 cents per page and thought that was fair for my needs. They have better packages as well if you really fax that often. I typed in the fax number, took photos of my documents, reviewed and sent. Was notified when the documents were successfully delivered. I don't have confirmation they were received but I trust they were. If they were not I will update the review. Easy to use, no monthly contracts etc. Easy to use!

I paid to try to send something but my fax failed to send. I was not credited back for the loss and there is no option to try to resend the fax or any buttons to find out information on why it failed to send. You can get an email of your info, but they only give you a zip file of what you sent. Money wasted. Overly simple. Not enough functionality.

CAUTION: ROBBERY! I bought credits before they decided to get rid of the credit-based system for the new subscription-based system, so all the credits I had on my account were lost after the change. I asked for a refund or free subscription, and they refused almost immediately. "When subscribing to our services, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions and proceeded with a purchase." Keep in mind I never subscribed... I'm sure there are much better fax apps on the market that don't rob the user.

The app was rated highly so i downloaded it to send one fax away from my office. The process was straightforward... until i got to the confirm screen, then got hit with a $29.99 "option" for 2000 credits. 1000 for $19.99 (15 cents per page) best value. No thanks. I opted for the extortion rate of $9.99 (40 cents per page) for 250 credits, that will remain unused. But it did get the job done. i don't know how the fax quality is good the receiver. but it was confirmed in about 5 minutes.

Paid the $10 to send one fax, I uploaded two pdfs that total was almost 70 pages. I kept getting a "fax could not go threw error" but no further information was provided which was very frustrating as I did not know if it was a bad file, or phone number or what the problem was. I broke the fax into two smaller faxes and it sent fine. The error messages should be a little more clear so I'm not having to guess what the app wants.

Much more efficient than purchasing a scanner for home. Also serves as a file folder to always have with me. Extremely practical for a small business or just a busy person who hates the clutter of paper. Hasn’t had any meltdowns, is always ready and the ads on the app are discreet so you can still get the job done without flipping through the constant pop ups that some other apps have. Great deal for a free app!

the help was good,the only thing I had a problem with was before I could send. my fax a service review popped up on the screen right over the send switch, when I tapped it to get out of my way, it cleared by fax pages and I had to start all over again should place that away from the send button so you may send your message, then respond to the review rating.

I'm actually stunned that a free app, (though you have to buy credits approx .40/page) works so well. Close to the Canadian border and needed to print some permits to cross, the convenience store had no access to a computer but had a fax. I was able to print out all 18 pages from PDF in one fax, and my dog's vet records for under $10 bucks. Didn't take forever and you get a confirmation when it's sent. Easy peasy. Recommend without reservations.

I was having a hard time finding a fax app that I could purchase points without having to buy an excessive amount and somehow I stumbled on this app and it was perfect easy to purchase and easy to send a fax! I would suggest to the developer maybe it would be easier to ask how many pages a person is sending and then allow to purchase the points needed instead of having to do it over and over again, other than that I love the easy way of facing through my iPhone.

Easy to use, I think it worked. I just used it to send two separate documents. I scanned my documents to my email, saved them to my One Drive, then attached them from my phone. I haven't yet confirmed with the sender it was received. What I didn't like about this app is that you can't pay per page, you have to buy a lump some of credits which I'll probably never use.

I have had this program app for a few years and I love it. I can scan from my iPhone and immediately send through email, or other sharing methods without anyone ever knowing I did it from my phone. It’s has saved me countless hours of driving to a store or running home to my desktop scanner. 1) Scanning: A) After scanning a document I can change the heading of the document to whatever label I choose instead of the default date and time stamp provided.

I sent two separate faxes and the receiver's could not clearly read half of the documents sent. I had to find another way to fax the documents to one receiver and currently looking for another option to send the fax to another receiver. Would be nice if this app company could give me other options to fix clarity of documents. I would give more stars. Who knows I'm just the little guy.

***** DECEPTIVE***** After 7 weeks I found they were charging me a weekly subscription fee. I would have never signed on to such a ridiculous subscription. I thought I was just paying a one time fee to send a one time fax. They also make it difficult to cancel your subscription. There is no option to do so in the app. You have to go to Google play store to do that. There are other apps out there that will do what you need without all the deception. I have my bank involved. SCAMMERS

App does not work. I installed it, downloaded my file to fax, and the send button would not illuminate to even complete sending the facts. I contacted customer service. They ran me through some troubleshooting and suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the app. After paying for a weekly subscription at $9.99, I was not able to even send one fax. I canceled immediately and ask for a refund and got no response.

Not bad. Bare bones. Minimal hassle. Download the relatively small app. Buy credits. Send a fax to that archaic headache acquaintance that can't get with the times and use a gd smartphone email like the rest of the planet. No debit/credit card info entry needed. Sells credits outright. Think I grabbed a 1000 credits for 20 bucks. They have $5 or $10 credit bundles too. Just sent 3 pages total. Two were full-page tax form images and the third a text rich document. Cost 30 credits.

I love the app for the way it works and stores the information neatly and super organized. Price of subscription for full app is quite expensive for what it is and what I need it for You should offer to option one such as a subscription and second option $2.99 at to purchase for someone that is just looking for basically for better words a digital filing cabinet on his phone.

it says it's for FREE....yet you have to pay a minimum of $10 a week to use the dam service!! And they don't tell you that until you prepare it all and press the send button --- THERES NO FREE CREDIT!!! If I didn't need to urgently send a fax from where I am I would delete this app. Gave 2 stars because it's extremely easy to use and compatible on any phone but false advertising!!!

Too pricey for what you get. Be prepared to spend a minimum of $9.99 to send a fax. There's a per page charge but you have to fill up your bank and the minimum is $ 10 to do so. Yes you can send images as a fax but you can't merge them together through the app to send two images on one page. They charge you per page so that explains why. There's edit feature, but when you select it you can't edit anything, you can only preview the fax page.

I had to get some files sent over within and hour and sign them and this app was a two in one! Not only could I sign over the documents so that no one shared them, I could do it all within the app. Also I can text a faxed image to a friend on the go which saves me so much time! Love this app a lot! Me and my business partners will be using it regularly! This is New York! We don’t have time to find printers and fax machines.

I have no problem with them charging for their service, BUT they cannot advertise it as a FREE APP. It is then not a free app, despite the "free trial". I don't trust the free trial teaser, as my card gets charged and then I have to fight for a refund. Won't do it anymore. Not only isn't the app free but it also has ads. Geez, talk about having their cake and eating it too.

RIP OFF... Paid $16 Australia and can't fax to government fax numbers. Then wanted my google play account number. Cancelled subscription and uninstall app.

Its a very easy and simple app. I don't like not knowing whether or not the receipiant is actually receiving, though I do appreciate the deliverance notification. I would like to have a receipt of confirmation along with the sent image/file for review If nothing more than to make me comfortable spending my money. Speaking of money the bundle options for points are quite decent and affordable. Also if I could link everything to my gmail or phone number that would be great!

App is great and easy to use. Top marks for that. Gave it 2 stars because the Pricing model is terrible for someone that only wants to send the odd fax. Subscribing for a week to send one fax is ridiculous and feels like a cash grab surely they know that some people only need to send a fax. Ended up costing me $9 to send one fax. Cancelled immediately. Will search for an alternative in future with a different pricing model.
