I was able to send a fax using the web app only, but the reason why I hated it is because after cancelling the service and getting the cancellation confirmation, they kept charging my paypal account... And when I raised the issue, I was told it's my fault I didn't cancel the paypal payment agreement.
I have a fully paid up subscription for aFax to go account with this company. I have been unable to access important incoming faxes for weeks. The customer service is incredibly abysmal, I do not recommend this company.
It did not worked, I sent documents from scan scaner to this app and It didn't see any document , I hope my personnal info wasn't shared.
I loaded 250 credit and the app when I restart my phone the credit has disappeared.
Do NOT download this app. It is part of a scam marketing - Intended to to collect your address book data.

My 100 credits vanished when i changed my phone and reinstalled the app. And the customer services never even replied to my complain. BAD BAD BAD
I have tried 7 times to send a fax at 3 different numbers. All of them failed. This app is no good.
I have been using over 1 year, sent hundreds of sheets and can always count on this app to send my documents quick. Another reason I love it is because it's easy to use. The automatic clean up it provides to docs make them look nice and professional. All my faxes have been sent through consistantly . Customer service has been A+, highly recommended. WAIT BEFORE U RATE!!!!***As a business owner myself that has had my own troubling experiences with customer ratings I feel the need to address a frequent occurrence I keep noticing with them in general. People need to have a little patience these days and let a company know they are unhappy before rating them. It is only fair to give them a chance to respond to you first then address your issues or concerns before you freak out and leave a low rating that only reflects your current level of frustration or anger while what the business gets stuck with is permanent. All businesses experience problems from time to time. What counts is how they resolve them and the level of customer service given that should be rated. WAIT BEFORE U RATE!!!!
Very bad... Bought credits, tried to send fax to the UK 4 times and never went through. I would like a refund
The app works Great. The only problem I have and don't think its fair that when I got my new phone and downloaded the app I lost all of my credits.
If you need to send on fax you need to top up a minimum of 100 credits, that's just robbery
After going through hell with a few others, i was delighted to use this one. 3 bucks and it gave me 100 credits. My fax was 10 credits. Cost me more in fuel to go somewhere else. Very very happy.
Disappointed with the app, purchased credits but fax still doesn't go through despite several attempts on different days. Would like a refund!!!!!!
I sent faxes and my recipient got them pretty fast. App is very easy to use
I try send 2 times but it failed. Then i try to contact by email and also screenshoot the failed fax sending. And few minutes after i send that. And i saw my data history and credit is gone.. What the hell u all did this.. Why it not function. Pls refund back my money.. It really annoying.. I have a urgent thing need to send but this app really not function at all.. Why.. I need your explaination... Pls!!!

Cheaters! Play store should not allow such programs. I doubt the security of our transmissions, let alone our mobile info. Good part is Google play store refunds money if applied within 48 hours.
I signed up for $10.99 monthly package, created my account but unable to log back in. Forgot My Password function didn't work. I didn't even get to use their 3-day free trial. Giving 2 stars for the reason of their customer service who helped me cancel my membership. Customer service - good. Website functionality - bad.
