It was very frustrating to use at beginning bc I was having issues importing documents, it said they were delivered, so we will see. Fingers crossed.
There's no way to edit anything. You're not able to upload files. There's no phone number to contact technical support. there's also not any way to name a file. And it costs ten credits per page to send a fax.
So I pay for an app and then I get into the paid app and have to pay again for credits in order to use my paid app and then it takes 5 minutes to send something and it keeps saying it's pending finally it sends this is a rip off it's a joke I want my five bucks back for the credits that I just paid for
You have to buy credits to send faxes, so I think the app should be cheaper but it was very convenient and easy to use.
No support from designers on reimbursement for a flawed design and loss of money. I have $30 of credits I can't even use.
I had to fax app on my Apple phone now I have an Android on the Apple phone I had a monthly subscription and unlimited faxes now I have to pay for a fax I don't like that and so I'm looking for a better way but they have many fax things going on and I fax and stuff like that but I like the monthly subscription I'm using this for now but I plan to change it unless we get a monthly subscription back and by the way I haven't problem put my name in there is too many to be in Latin was that all about
It appears to work very well. Allthough I'm still waiting the recipient to confirm the delivery.
It seems to be an easy app to use but some countries are not listed.
Horrible didnt send not one text but it kept charging 20 credits every time.
I bought it unfortunately. Paid for credit but doesn't send a single fax. Are you going to do anything about it.

Comes in VERY handy to get important papers where they need to be asap. Have only needed it a few times but am pleased I have it when I do need it

I Fax Pro will not accept my full name Archbishop Yanel Jay Laroche Jr. when I am entering my name before fax. I was not able to input my Full name because it is not Italic.
I haven't tried to manage a project yet.

Does exactly what it is intended to do
The default file storage is my picture gallery and this makes it very difficult to fax an existing file stored in another file directory. Plus sending a fax is too expensive.
This app is horrible. I tried faxing with the 100 credits I was given for the start up and my fax would not go through at all and used up those credits quick each time it tried to send them told me I had to purchase it. so frustrating
