I can't believe how secure FAX.PLUS is! It's such an easy app to use and my fears of sending sensitive information were gone in no time. I was able to send documents through the app to my clients and they were able to receive them as easily as if I had faxed them directly. This app has made my work so much easier!
There are many faxing apps out there, but FAX.PLUS is by far the best one I've found. Just downloaded the app and created an account. I'm using the right password but keep receiving the message, something went wrong. I have changed the password multiple times with no success.
Outstanding service. After having trouble sending a fax (that turned out to be an issue with the receivers fax number) I contacted Fax Plus support and got a response within three minutes. That's impressive, even more so considering it was 4.30am. Bottom line? This service is incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I love FAX.PLUS and have been using it for years. Since I started using FAX.PLUS, I have not had to use a fax machine at all! Horrible .. Faxes keep failing to go thru. Can't get help. Bought 5.99 credits thought that would help, but no. Want to cancel and it doesn't come up what they say to do. And I see you give no refunds. This says scam to me and I just got "Got". I better not be charged. I want to cancel the same day. Had to go another route to get my docs faxed. Wasted a whole 3 hours with Fax.Plus ..SMDH
I love the app because it's easier to just take a picture of documents and share it with the fax plus app instead of going to a store and waiting in line,very convenient app.
Fraud is the best word to describe this app. You pay them money to fax papers and they never arrive to where they are faxed. I wish I could go less than 1 star. Customer service is also awful they argue and say the fax was sent and received even though it was never received.
I love FAX.PLUS! I had to send a fax and I didn't have any access to an appropriate machine. All of my friends were busy at work and couldn't help me out either. With FAX.PLUS, I was able to send the fax in just a few seconds; it was so much easier than waiting in line at the post office

Needed to send a fax to a medical office that is stuck in the past and don't do email. This app did the trick and it was free.
When I had the free service, the app worked great. Since I upgraded to basic service, the app crashes before I can send the fax. It crashes before I can finish typing my message. This app is utterly useless!! I have contacted technical support with no response.
Honestly the BEST!!!! HANDS DOWN!!!! 2ND time around & I am completely satisfied!!! The only thing I may want to offer as advice would be for color faxes to be an option because a few of my pictures were slightly unledgable as a requirement for something very important ie: identification card picture....etc. luckily that wasn't the only thing required for passing! Other than that your company is truly spectacular & I am so so SOOOOOOOOOO GRATEFUL for your existence! Easy, & convenient!
Excellent Service، a lot cheaper than local fax services، I had used it multiple times and it did the job۔ I had no complaints۔ I am not a heavy user but I keep money in my account to use when needed۔
Simply does not work, you can not really know what is going on online. It keeps failing to connect but when I do it from a regular phone the fax replies
You cannot send a fax without a return fax number, which means a premium account upgrade. Also, very clumsy to use - can't paste into send fax number, can't send a .txt file - have to cut and paste.
Very easy to use, excellent portability. Gets the job done, yet remains lightweight. Especially appreciate the fax confirmation pop up, email, and pdf including a scannable QR code as proof of transmittal.
All of my fax have been saying "sent failed". & I have been charged for 45 pages at a time, when I only had 23 pages total! I have added $ twice & Still No Fax Has Been Sent!!!
Gave one star, they asked me to mail support with my problem. Sent the mail but did not get a response so still giving one star. Used TOPFAX instead which worked perfectly.
Not free. I was half way through faxing my documents and it prompted me to pay. Out of frustration I just uninstalled.
This is a generally sleek app, though the service is missing a few features compared to other providers. Most notably, when receiving a fax by email, there isn't a preview image (just an attachment) - so users need to open an a ttachment to see the fax contents.
