The new version of the app shows great improvements in the exact points needed! It's much faster and connecting with passengers is instantaneous and simple.
Intrusive, battery draining, no shift worker options and a faff for the incentive to walk a few minutes less. Will give it a chance for a while but can see it being deleted.
Tried to sign up, but it asked for a badge number. Typed in my number but it said not of the right format - but didn't say what the format was. Looked at the FAQ offered by Milton Park, but it didn't mention anything. Uninstalled.
Great for organisations looking to connect their employees through a secure community to encourage carpooling. Easy to use application and reduces travelling expenses! Highly recommended.
Terrible app and a terrible system for lift sharing. Over complicated, drains the battery and doesn't even work the way it should
Too complicated and not user friendly and no good if you work different shifts. I only use because I am forced to by my employer..
Well considering theres always someone else in our spaces when we arrive faxi seems pretty pointless and this is a regular occurrence even after we raise the issue
wonderful and easy to use, saves the planet and you get to be upgraded to your favourite car parks
Nonsense app. Never worked properly and customer service has been shocking...very disappointed same as other 3 members of my crew

Easy to use and set up carpools, looking forward to using it with my fellow car sharers between home and Gatwick. The faxi team are great in helping get you set up and are more than happy to guide you through the process.

This is a good app, very easy to use and download, i use it for my work carpark at Angel Square . Edgars support and help when things do go wrong is invaluable. Always polite and helpful and goes that bit extra to resolve any issues I've had.

It seems like a great app as I've easily been able to find colleagues along my normal route and it gives me a suggested price if people only want to be passengers. However once a carpool is set up it's really difficult to adjust such as deleting days when already know other person can't car pool. Or change to who is driver/passenger. Also it keeps telling me I'm missing settings but 1 of those settings is having information coming from 3rd parties which I don't want.
