I have using app for Faysal bank and UBL as well. I found UBL user friendly. In FBA SOME TIME IT TAKES LONG TO LOG ON. and then repeatedly requirements of OTP for transfer of funds make difficulties. Some times time expires but OTP not receive. Moreover accounts update not carried out in time. So many times I trued to pay my credit cards bill it shows in correct amount in bill payment option.
So many negetive reviews about this App since long time, but the programmer's not even bothered to fix/inhance the App. One every single step it required OTP, this comes through sms if sms delayed due to telecom service the session gets expired. Do the all steps once again. This App is to increase your hypertension 😊
The app won't even let me make an account (I wasn't able to enter anything into the OTP field). Plus, when I was using this app with someone else's account, the app wouldn't update my card settings properly.
No search bar in beneficiaries list. I have to go through each and every beneficiary name in order to find the correct name. Absolutely no regard for end user experience.
A bad experience ... every time when launch app or login, it shows session expired pop up and ask if want to use with Yes & No buttons. Irony is even if tap any of two, it refresh session and signed in user is signed out. This pop up is repetitive and shows up on other misc actions as well. Fix it please.
This is honestly one of the worst banking apps I've ever used. My biggest annoyance is that if you already have my biometric data, then why do I still need a one-time password to log in? The app is very glitchy, and does not have a very modern interface. Faysal Bank, DO BETTER!
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! I cannot register my account on the mobile app. It keeps saying try again later. Secondly the App Interface Design is so poor and confusing. These are basic features of an app and they need to be fixed.
This bank app has a potential to go a long way ahead. But the problems 1)The app keeps crashing and I have to login over and over again. 2)Permanently remove the OTP requirement, not that much security needed. 3)We should be able to add and save beneficiary only once. 4) Payoneer extension not working properly. Kindly get these problems fixed if you want customers to do business transactions on this app.
Hello I am using the faysal bank app 1st time but when I am entering my information in the form after that below error occurred in app. "Its seems like you are not using the app for a while.Do you want to continue using the application." When I am doing yes then another error of session expiry occurred. "Your login session has been expired. Kindly re-login app to continue. I am waiting for your quick response. Thanks.
UPDATE: The issue hasn't been resolved still even after writing an email & everything. Kindly rate them 1 star so they can take this issue seriously! Worst banking app ever! The session expires within every 5 seconds. You can't do anything & it's been months with this issue, despite many people complaining about this, they haven't fixed this. Get this FIXED or delete your worthless app from the Playstore.
Terrible design, absolutely pathetic. Making a simple payment is a nightmare. One has to keep guessing whether it is a bill payment, beneficiary payment, non beneficiary payment and HOW to pay and WHERE to pay from. Most useless Banking!!! app
Every time on log in you need to try again and again. Most of the time it deducted the payment but did not transfer to receiver. I contact to them through helpline and they recover my payment. No doubt they are improving their service
I'm unable to reset my password because it won't accept my new password even though I'm following the instructions correctly. This is such a basic feature and yet the app struggles with it. Kindly look into it as soon as possible. This is creating a lot of inconvenience for me Edit: please specify the instructions for the format of password correctly as a lot of special characters can be used in the scope but application only accepts a limited set of special character which caused issue for me
Faysal Bank need to work with some technology as the app mostly dosen't works and when ever try to login it send an otp and before entring that otp session expires. This bug appears mostly, very rear you can login to the app successfully. I Continuely keep updating the app bug still same..
I have a very bad experience, every time after the code session expires, i get it afterwards on the email, its been 5 consecutive day, i am trying to get in to my account but invain. I hope the issue get fix up asap.
Very bad experienxe so far. I have used apps from multiple banks but I never faced such issues. Frequent crashes is a normal and it is full of bugs. Now It is almost impossible to login as you always get the message that session is expired. Clearing cache and data does not work. Please learn from other banks and financial institutes. This app is enough to lose multiple customers in the near future as we have no choice but to switch to better options.
Faysal bank App please notice my complaint: I am not receiving OTP since one month has passed. This app is becoming useless to me. I have called the helpline FOUR times regarding this issue. Please take notice and fix it. Otherwise i have to withdraw my amount from it. As this app is no good to me since i do my daily transactions through it. THANKS.

The recent change of reduction in time for entry of OTP is mind boggling. It has been reduced to 1.5mins and the email with OTP almost never arrives on time!! One of the worst online banking app in this respect. Today I have tried 25 times to log into the app but have not been successful even once because the OTP email never arrives on time!! Faysal bank IT team should learn a lesson or two from some better bankikg apps like SCB's breeze app.
Pathetic and useless application. Multiple issues. If you are a happy person, please use it to get stress. I wish there is a negative rating option. OTP receive in email after 3 minutes and session expires in 1 minute 30 seconds. Great...
It's zero star not one. Pathetic service, you have to enter otp on every damn step and most of the time it hangs when processing. UI/UX is the worst I have seen so far. So difficult to find relevant options Plus the international transactions fees are so damn high Highly Disappointed. They need to improve their application alot in terms of UI/UX and functionality!
Non user friendly UI. Very slow processing. Kidnly make it like nayapay application, fast and convenient. It is the era of IT, kindly make improvements in your application.

This application is very slow, does a lot of buffering i didn't like it at all And when you add an account for transfer money, your account is not added to the add book. very low class and very bad experience &&&$
Needs to have the feature to disable/enable card through app for security, almost every banking app has this feature now. Also, I'm unable to pay through your app directly from my credit card.
The code rarely comes on time and when it does, it shows that it's invalid. Pathetic excuse of online banking. I've called and complained multiple times in the past several months but there's no improvement at all. Heavily disappointed

Everything works but need ui overhaul feels outdated compared to other banking apps. Otp verification every time on login is absurd. Using it abroad becomes an issue as roaming isn't always working.
Despite multiple complaints, the bank is not solving the very basic issue of login. The app shuts down after 10 seconds during the process of login with a message : You have been logged out due to inactivity.
UI is not friendly at all. Options are hidden under convoluted sub menus. There's no reason to require OTP again and again for every transaction you within the same login session! Worst thing is that you cannot leave the app to go get a OTP code from your sms or email app because then the transaction you were trying to do is invalidated!
