Fazoli's Rewards

The app was annoying because it opened lists in the menu, but then you couldn't close the lists. Then when I left the app to google something I had a question on, it deleted my order and I had to start over. The free gift was only given if I bought a drink - didn't matter if I was spending $25 on other food including meals that came with drinks - had to buy a drink separately - that was annoying. I wanted tea, but the store already closed the tea down 1.5 hrs before closing time - annoying.

The previous app worked great and the rewards program was top notch. Redeeming rewards was practically flawless. Now this... a first-grade kid designed the new app and a bunch of idiots changed everything good about the rewards program. I also have to go through the entire intro, then log in each time. I'm going to give it a little more time and delete it if it isn't fixed. ◇ Update: after a couple of months, nothing has changed, so I am done. Deleting this app.

I've tried to use this app a few different times and have never actually placed an order. The first time, I wanted to use a reward for 6 free breadsticks and kept getting an error that it couldn't be used.. so I didn't end up ordering. The last time I tried, the rewards I had still didn't work but I tried to place an order anyway. After entering my card details, the app wouldn't let me confirm the card to pay. I think it's time to uninstall. Unusable.

I am discouraged with the selection options. I am not able to modify my selected entrees, such as extra or substitutions to the entree. Normally I would order a baked chicken alfredo, substitute to spaghetti noodles and add extra chicken, bacon, and sauce... With the app I am not able to have it that way. Not complaining just would like to modify items to fit my taste. Other than that simple to use.

Will not work when placing order with gift card as payment. Spent twenty minutes trying to place a $10 order with a gift card that has $14 balance on it, and all I got was an error message multiple times. This app is beyond worthless. How frustrating. Also had trouble adding my reward to the order. It shouldn't be this complicated. Fix it.

I would rate this higher except for two items. one, you cannot redeem your rewards with the online order, you have to go in store and order there. The rewards should be usuable with an online order. The other is that i put an order in the cart but when i checked on my rewards it erased the cart. Also when i first tried to redeem a reward before i realized it could only be done online, it put a countdown timer for when the rewars had to be redeemed.

Allows you to order ahead but doesn't auto select the closest location and you can't scan your credit card or use the Android saved card feature so you have to type in the card number manually. Very fine consuming, I often find it faster to drive and order drive thru than use this app.

Great food. Great rewards. Great value. App is easy to use. Convenient way to order ahead for pick up or delivery. If you don't ord, the receipt Bar Code is easy to scan to add your reward points to your account.

Much like their fast food experience, Fazoli's has made their app over-complicated, poorly serviced, and difficult to use. But at least you can get frustrated at home now too. -App crashes -Back button doesnt work -Rewards are difficult to apply during order - Can't use drive-thru when you order with the app -That's right, you can't use the convenience lane when using the convenience app All in all, the app really reinforces why I don't eat at Fazoli's.

Terrible. There is no way to contact anyone if your delivery is wrong. They send you a link to Doordash for help which doesn't work. And if you ordered through the Fazolis app then the order will not appear in your Doordash orders so Doordash won't help you either. I also tried calling the Fazoli's restaurant numerous times but no one ever answered. I paid for items I did not recieve and the app seems designed to make it damn near impossible to get help or a refund. Zero stars.

I love Fazoli's app, I have earned a lot of points from food purchases and I was able to upload them very easily. It is very easy to use compared to other restaurants apps. Sometimes my phone does not read QR scans. Fazoli's App has the option to enter your code from your receipt if your phone doesn't scan QR codes. It's a great feature to have Fazoli's email me additional offers that I can retrieve off of their App.

I'm gonna be honest. The new rewards program stinks. Before the app updated for me yesterday, I had $30 in reward points I was going to use that day. But after the update, it was replaced with this very bad system. It used to be a good program and one of my favorites that I highly recommended to my friends. But since this update and new program, what's the point in using the app anymore? I can't use $30 in award points for a meal but I can redeem 25 points for a free small drink.

This app is garbage. Tried in vain 4 times to place an order. After adding an item to the cart it would freeze, the "Back" button doesn't even work, and 3 times I tried to add everything to my cart, and when I went back to add another item, it cleared my cart and acted like I had a new order. After the 4th attempt I gave up. They also offer rewards like a free spaghetti when you sign up, but they can't even be applied to an order using the app, you have to show the coupon to an employee. Just a huge waste of time. Uninstalled.

When it works, Fazzoli's app adds value and provides a compelling reason to choose Fazolis. Unfortunately, problems with the app occur regularly including the following: Frequently the offers will disappear before the expiration date. Points often diaappear after being credited. Today, I am unable to scan a receipt from my lunch. I get an error message saying I am only allowed to scan three receipts within 24 hours. I last scanned a receipt at lunch on Sunday, at least 40 hours ago.

I clicked my location to order and found the app switched to a location 20 miles away from my location. Did not see until order was placed. The app will not let you cancel, had to call that location to cancel . Lost all my points. Hoping it will be reset with points and refund. Should be able to set a favorite location!

I really enjoyed Fazoli's Rewards and I rate it a 5 because they have lots of Menu's to choose from and I'm getting points from Google Play Store and Mobile App. I go there on a daily basis on the Weekends when I'm not working at Curative Care Network on Thursday and Friday. I've been away due to Covid-19 Pandemic and I haven't been there since then. Hopefully I can get back to where I was after I'm getting Vaccinated. Thank you for helping me out with the Coupons and see if it's available. Bye

I love the app. I just wished I could order online and pick up instead of waiting in a long line 😞 then having to wait again for my order to be done. I can't order online due to not being able to order half pep/half cheese pizza bc it will not allow it or get extra sauce. But still love the app tho for other stuff

This app is ok, but the benefit from getting it to work correctly doesn't seem worth it. I used the old app lots! Enjoyed $5 off after eating a few times. 6 months now and I have unlocked all rewards, haven't used one! Not convenient to use, have to apply benefit to order before paying. Never get reminded that I might want to redeem a reward!

Some parts of the app work great, some parts don't! Have had some good experiences with Fazoli's and some not too good! I think it's ridiculous that you only get 3 days to scan your receipts in! I'm a wife and mom of 4.boys. I don't always have the time and I don't always remember within 3 days. And the points value should be more. It's like your going to spend 50 bucks to get a free $ 4.99 menu item.

The app might be useful for people who don't use the drive-thru, but for the rest of us, it's useless due to the rule they have that they cannot give mobile order food thru the window. So it makes more sense to them to make you park your car, get your toddlers out into the freezing weather, walk inside to pick up an order without checking a receipt, then get the kids back into the car. If it was awesome food, then I might be tempted to do that again, but their food is mediocre at best.

Its okay. It just me a notification saying "we just sent you our biggest best deal yet!" & it wasn't even any deal. It was just a promotion for some new orange cheesecake. So I'm uninstalling the app & quite frankly I don't plan on ever going again.

DO NOT Use this app if you want any "points" towards a Pick Up order! Used the app for the first time to place a pick up order. Was told later in the app to scan the barcode on the receipt to get "points" added to my account. Never got a receipt! The lady at the register said Pick Up orders DO NOT come with receipts, and to call corporate to have points added on manually! Called corporate, after jumping through hoops, got some dudes voice mail!! Never called back!! Screw this then!! D+

Loved being able to take my time to look at the menu fully to see all the options fazolis has offered all the deals being in the comfort of my own home to decide what I would like for me and my family for dinner and being able to order it before I go so it's ready when I get there and I can just pick it up and go and the ability to pay online is a fabulous idea, loving my families app with rewards, plus plus

Works fine. No problems. Just wish I could combine rewards with coupons. I have 300+ reward points, but the coupon deals are usually better than what the rewards offer. If they just added a free dessert option in the rewards, it would be awesome! I'd finally use some of my points.

I found applying coupons and rewards to be a little difficult, but other than that the app is easy to use. It would be nice if coupons/offers would be automatically applied when selecting them and the items on the offer would be automatically added to the cart.

Rewards can't be used, the app is broken. You get a free item for downloading the app/signing up that is "not available...through online ordering". It's an online ordering app! What's the point? Also, When switching between pages (in the app), my items disappeared out of my cart. Had to make my order 3 times before it went through. Lastly there needs to be an option for paying upon pickup "in store". I don't like my card info on these apps. This would help with the 1st issue as well.

going less often doesn't seem like a productive side effect of the app but the new rewards options just aren't as useful to me. hey marketing firm reading these...why make it less enticing to go to the restaurant?? $2 off $10 is just enough to have me suggest going to fazoli's at all, but 25 points just for a free drink really isnt. can't say I didn't see this coming.

The only issue I have with the app is all the sub categories that each have a few choices, too much clicking to find what you want. Please just list all the pastas together, all the sides together, etc.

The app has worked for ORDERING once out of twenty times. The app rewards will display a QR code you can have scanned at the register, but just be ready for a wait and lengthy explanation of "why you didn't order through the app first?!?". The tracking of rewards points works very quick, 1 minute after checkout for me.

The app is ok..I went to enter the promo code in, the app wouldn't accept the codes. It informed me that I needed to take the coupons to the pos.(place of service). The manager said that the only way he could enter the codes was to cancel the order and rering it. If your going to have promo codes make sure the app accepts the codes.
