app keeps crashing when I look at my insurance cards, I tried reaching out to development and they I guess it's nit the address they have listed and they directed me to somewhere else and I just decided it wasn't worth that much energy but still, app is full of bugs I'm sure.

very disappointed. the reason for an app is to access particular information on demand. After being recommend by my agent i find out it doesnt even recognize my account number and zip code. having to call someone negates the reason i wanted to use the app in the first place

Must have your membership number memorized to use the app. I have so many user names and pin numbers to remember that memorizing another number to use this app is not very practical. Please make it so you have a username that is something you will remember.l

was told that I would be able to access all information and also use the app to pay my bill and do what I needed to do there and I can not even do that I am very disappointed in this app.

It won't let me login. The loading symbol just continues to spin for hours.

Doesn't let me log in. Wasn't able to be helped (so far). Update: A few people tried to help but couldn't and I was eventually told it's my phone's model. Now I have a new model (same make -Motorola, Droid), and it still doesn't load.

App won't open. Installed it today. Keeps saying app has stopped, open app again. The next time it says app keeps stopping close app.. Very frustrating since I bought a new policy from them today.

My insurance guy told me to download this cool app. We'll this cool app doesn't ever open. Just unfortunately closes. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache. Nothing. Arizona, Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Have installed and reinstalled and still the app will not open acts like it starts to and then it pops up and says app closed. How do I fix the problem?

Deleted because never could open it. Never did work from the start.

Unable to use for personal insurance cards, just keeps asking to restart, uninstall and reinstall same, however does work for info on co. Somewhat I went to home inventory option but once clicked on more info nothing came up but an error, using on Samsung Galaxy 7

The app makes me enter my membership number every time. I am a Farm Bureau agent, and my office assistant has the same app and never has a problem.

Amended...... Got a hold of my agent and she fixed the problem straight away. All needed info is right there and easy to access. Nice app!!

Very helpful! All the necessary information at your fingertips. Searching for member benefits is a breeze. Last update greatly improved speed.

Love that I can get my proof of insurance cards on my phone! As well as search for benefits!

I have a Google pixel and with the update the app is still not working properly

When I try to access the benefits near by function and when I try to click links in the app to access my benefits...it crashes. Not good.

It seems some people don't have the complete information to set up their account. Everything works fine such as setting up account one time only, membership card is avaliable at the lower left corner, agent information is avaliable at the "help" tab, etc. I've noticed mapping is slow and needs improved.

I wish it had our policy information available including the proof of insurance required when driving our cars.

Make an app for insurance cards, policy, bills, and eligible discounts

I was hoping to be able to view my policy/coverage so I don't have to carry cards and be able to do/see other things about my membership. Come on, get with the times
