The app takes forever to load. It constantly tells me my information can't sync. These issues are not sporadic either, it happens every time I go to use my app.

Have tried this ap several times and it has NEVER let me log in even with the correct info. What a joke.
Doesn't work with older phones
App has not worked at all for at least a month now. As soon as it opens, it gives an error message saying no internet connection. It worked great before this started happening and its very frustrating that it has yet to be resolved!
App worked fine for a long time. Now I can't get into the mobile banking app. I get a message that reads Internet connection offline.
Worked great for a while, now the last month or so it gives me some message about no Internet connection and won't work at all.
Dont work, cant log in, uninstalled it and re installed it again, has happened before, still nothing
Wish the app had a budgeting section. I don't like the idea of linking a bank account to an outside budget app.

Nice app. Not the best banking app. But it's good, only thing i really don't like, you can't see transactions passed a day or two. And I wanna see for at least a month. With option to see up to 6 months
Every time I log in the app starts over. I cannot make my mortgage payments through this site. This site should be more user-friendly.
The old version was fine but now when I go to transfer money it starts the app over...Everytime.
Gets the job done. Remote deposit would be super nice, but it's not a big deal.
Good app but I can't view my other accounts. I can only transfer to them.
Hey, this was great, I just downloaded this app to check my acct. And I'm excited that I could complete my banking tonight, as my laptop has shut down. Have a great Christmas everybody where ever you are.
Would like to see transactions from last 30 days not just last 2.
Mobile banking has been down for days! Can't login. Please fix!
Perfect for making quick transfers when I'm on the go. There isn't a branch in the town where I go to college so this app is extremely useful to me.
Since last update, every time I try to transfer between accounts, when I hit accept it logs me out and puts me back on the main start screen.
Would really like to be able to pay my mortgage payment from an outside bank. Kind of useless unless you strictly bank at this institution.

I will still need to go to the website to look at my automatic bill pay stuff,so this app is as useless as the last.
Great app, decent bank. Fingerprint login capabilities, free mobile deposit, and Google pay integration! Only reason i can't give it full 5 is because they are missing a key feature tied to their ezgrow interest accounts. They should really keep a live count of required debit card uses right in the app for easy readability.
