Flexible Benefit Administrators Mobile provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax favored benefit accounts. Flexible Benefit Administrators Mobile is a completely customizable, branded mobile application.
Flexible Benefit Administrators Mobile shares user authentication with the WealthCare Portal, meaning that registered users can merely download the application and log in to immediately gain mobile access to their benefit accounts, with no need to register their mobile phone.

Flexible Benefit Administrators Mobile provides the following functionality with its initial release:Detailed Account Information

• Recent Transactions and Details
• Ability to fund HSA account from checking/savings account
• View all email and SMS alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username /password as WealthCare Portal (no need to register your mobile device, just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge questions)

I've been using this app for a few years. Finger print scan login authenticating is now available. Great update. Uploading documentation is only allowed by picture or accessing the gallery from the phone. The app needs to allow for uploading pdf documentation via drive or an other file system. I do like that I can search for providers that are within my network. There's also a bar code scanner now that can be used to verify an item is acceptable. I do like this app and the updates made.

Really wish it allowed for fingerprint scanning login. Also, quite difficult to find claims submitted to see progress, this should be accessible from the home screen.

Receipts can only be attached as images files. No support for attaching PDFs makes this app useless.

I'm very disappointed, app was working at one time, now it's glitchy. Keeps saying I, the user don't have permission to use the features. Call up the company, they say I'm the problem. It's not right! !
