FBC Mobile Banking

Everything is good. I've been able to buy Zesa, airtime, and pay my utility bill without a hitch. Transfers just work as well. I was going to give 5 stars but i had to knock a star off for that cash grabby move where it just doesnt show me my account balance the moment i am logged in and it expects me to lose a dollar with every check. I would expect such behavior only from the likes of First Capital Bank.

Since the reading of the OTP is automatic, I can't penetrate into the app because of added security features on my phone. Having the option to manually input the password would have been an advantage.

All the FBC apps are rubbish. I keep getting error issues when trying to log in or no I fo message when trying to check balance or even statements. FBC, c'mon and be serious with your customers. Even after every transaction I don't get a balance message on my phone. Your greed is surpring. I get charged every time I check my balance!!!

Bit of a disaster. Tried to do what FBC wanted. >install the new update. Didn't work. Message "already installed". Okay so it's not an update. It is a new replacement app!!! Uninstalled the existing app,restart mobile. Try to install ftom Google apps. Tap "install", msg "installed". Restart mobile and looked for the new "updated" app - nowhere to be found!!! Seems FBC don't have an updated app that works!!??!! Google shows that this app is installed on my mobile AFTER it has been uninstalled ??!!! Same goes for other apps that have been uninstalled. Can't find any way of fixing, seems like Play store doesn't work anymore!!!

The OTP was received but unfortunately I couldn't get into the app because it was not automatically verifying (or the app was not given permissions to read my messages, which I know is the case here cause no permissions were asked). You can do better than this guys

easy to use, straight forward app. great PDF feature for transaction confirmation. but account balance should definitely be free to view in the app when you login

Bad experience. Keeps saying check your internet but the internet is there and all other apps like IQ option that require high speed connection are functioning well so what type of internet connection speed and strength does it require

The application is fine except that I can't automotically view my balance. Secondly I can't download my monthly statement because it says I am.not authorised to perform that transaction. Please upgrade and include some of those features.

1. I'm charged to check my balance. Not cool. 2. I can't download or view my bank statement. Not cool. 3. Recently I can't login. Keeps showing error message despite re-installing.

The old app was modern and user friendly. The update looks tired and keeps returning error messages. Failed to transact.

This app is doing 1 thing wrong It doesn't auto update balance and even after requesting balance the figure clears out and doesn't show on the main page.... And I'm guessing each balance request is costly Can that be fixed please

It seems that since the last upgrade the app is not functioning it keeps saying An error occurred while executing this function. Please sort out.

Any banking app that doesn't show you your balance on the home screen has FAILED completely. Come on FBC, don't be so greedy, stop charging me to check my balance.

This is the best banking app I've tried for Zimbabwean banks, however it can't recognise my phone's fingerprint reader so i have to use apin all the time. That's primitive.

There should be option for half star ..this app is messed up always giving mi error msgs wen I want to log in tried uninstalling and installing for weeks now still I cnt get access hve to use the ussd way mxm

Good app generally but of late i have been failing to log on to my account it keeps giving an error message.

It gets stuck on OTP verification every time I download the app On my other fone it asks me for my phone number every time which is annoying and May even refuse to log on anyway.

very effective and easy way to transact with. it gives you time to check your account numbers before you send money.

A very convinient way to do transactions. Not showing the balance is the only problem

The app is fine but way can't show the balance in all accounts please fix that issue.

App ALWAYS boots you out then you can't login or start the app and support doesn't help. USSD code option means paying $12 to check balance. So ridiculous

This Is a donkey 🐎 app. It does not even login . Don't waste data downloading.

Do you guys test all the features before releasing updates? Bad experience, has never worked. WhatsApp helpdesk is terrible, you get responses after hours.

Great upgrade, but why not keep-on reflecting account balance after the first enquiry for each session.

This new update is working fine as of today. 👍Thumbs up. The log in issue seems to be settled

Since the last update can not log in the app

It's not working keeps saying bug detected uninstalled it and tried again did the same thing.
