Hi, your app is not that bad tho. Personally, the UI and UX doesn't look great at the moment but I think there are several things you could. First of all, you need to work on the UX, the app keeps saying operation error when I input my details and when I try to load a screen that I don't have data on it also says operation error. Secondly, maybe you should do more testing before you ship out the next release because the UI elements and trend looks outdated and dense. Thanks
Generally a good app. Offers an outlet to invest a save in a secure way, guaranteeing the safety of investments. That's commendable. However, the app design is so basic and slow oftentimes. The designers should be more innovative and introduce more features including automating the functionalities of the app. Otherwise, the app is worth embrassing by the investor community.
The font on the app is tiny. It's not exactly user friendly. The interface is not attractive. Login takes longer than necessary. I would suggest you look at Wema ALAT, FBN Mobile, UBA etc for ideas to improve this app. In all, it's a good idea with enough room for improvement. Good job team.
Geez, accessing this app is now so poor. I keep getting "unknown error occurred" after several trials with my correct log in details. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, still no difference. It wasn't like this before now. What changed?
High-risk investment channel. I paid money into my account, got an acknowledgement receipt, but it wouldn't reflect in my app for 2 weeks. I called all the contact numbers on their website but none worked. I submitted completed application for online access but 2 months later, they're still "working on it". Worse than the civil service. I hope I won't need EFCC to move my funds out of this hole.
Pretty efficient app. It saves me the hurdle of paper redemptions. I am sure the promptness of display of new investments and daily accruals on the app can be better. Generally, good job folks.
Transaction PIN error. I have newly set up my app but the PIN fails to complete the process of setting it up. It terminates after spinning for about two minutes and returns to the previous screen… three times. No reaction from the bank to similar issues for over three months now. Sad.
Very problematic app. I can't log in successfully. Even when I do, updating my personal information either freezes the app or closes it abruptly. Can't even see my investment details. Just wondering, was this update not tested before switching it to the production mode? Very frustrating indeed
Very frustrating app. For months now I have been unable to register as an existing customer. I keep getting 'unknown error occurred, please try later'. I have tried countless times to no avail. I"ve sent several emails to customer care, no solution has been found yet.
What kinf of App upgrade is this one that is worse than before,it is so stressful now,it has been difficult to redeem,withdrawal option not highlighting,you must log in with one device,what if my device gets bad all of a sudden or it is missing,am I not supposed to be able to enter my platform anymore?
Since the update, this app has refused to let me sign in to view my account. I have sent several emails and yet this problem persists. I'm appalled at the lack of support from your customer service unit and shocked that such a glaring bug can go undetected by the IT department.
App becomes unresponsive after successful login. It's practically useless right now as no action can be performed. The app has always had limited functionally, but at least it was usable. Not any more
Disappointing experience. Error message everytime I try to fetch a resource on the app, such as: "customer portfolio could not be fetched". Frustrating.
Very frustrating and useless app since the current update. Personal data has been muddled up and you can't even make corrections. I wish there was zero star.
My account has been set up but I can't set up my transaction pin, every time I put the pin it's not authenticated and as a result I can't do anything on the app. Kindly sort this out, thanks
Is there an easier way to subscribe other than making transfers and sending in receipts to the customer care team. There are card payment options and bank transfer options (to a virtual account). Or are these available and I just can't see them on the App end?
The old one was better. The interface, look & feel and it was more efficient. Kindly revert if possible.
I can't log in to the app. Even after receiving mails from the customer service unit that the issue has been resolved, I still cannot log in. The error message is the same. How difficult is it to enable my log in?
This app needs upgrade. You cannot topup your account instead it open another account for you. Now i have two seperated Fixed income on the app instead of just one. You need to do something about this.

This is the worst update ever. 1. Can't login with your email address. I had search everywhere for my ID before I loved in. 2. Fund takes time to be sent to my bank. Like 3days or more. 3. Requesting for fund was hell because of the changes done on the limits in pin. Took like one hour to realize before I reset my pin. Please you guys should fix the issue. Many problem with the app right now.
My experience is bad because all efforts to register as an existing customer failed. I could not go beyond the third stage of the registration on the App. I have deleted and downloaded the App severally but its not working and as such prevented me from carrying out many activities/transactions I intended doing with the organization.
Overall good app. The sign up process takes a little long though, there are way too many stages. The process should be shorter for people who already have a firstbank account as well. I was already thinking of using another app by the third stage

Difficult user experience, cannot subscribe to funds on new app, KYC incomplete message keeps popping up with invalid first name. The previous app had no such issues. Very frustrating app.
FBN EDGE , thanks for the upgrade and the effectiveness of login on to the app. I also like the security features. Just a suggestions, for some of us that use paystack for making payments from the app, there is no place for our Code for quick account crediting.
I cannot view my transaction history, secondly, the response rate to crediting my account is very slow. I am in an emergency situation and I can't do anything even after I pleaded. I am thinking of taking back all the money I saved
I installed this app hoping it would save me from the irritating unresponsiveness of sending a mail to fbn quest customer care. I sent a redeem request on the 7th of February and got a notification that it would take two to three days before my account was credited. Toady is 17th, 10days later and my account is yet to be credited. Why can't you guys get anything right?
Hi. I'm trying to register in the fbn edge app as an existing customer. Having inputted details on the ID, BVN and OTP sent to the phone number. It brings me to the point where it shows the personal details. The email isn't in the details and trying to edit it in isn't working out. Without it, I found out I can't proceed further. Loved to be helped with this. Thanks.
