FBT Bank & Mortgage

It is nice for managing my card and bank balance. However, the app does glitch from time to time and won't load. And, that makes things difficult when you have your card turned off and can't turn it back on when needed.

Fast friendly professional customer service personnel. Know my name on sight. Always courteous and knowledgeable. First rate for a small town bank.!!!!!:)

I cant get the app to open since the update. It takes several attempts but mostly just goes to a white screen

Since the last update it had been near impossible to get the app to open.

FBT is just a scam. Don't sign up for overdraft protection.

I occasionally receive a check to deposit, which used to mean filling out a deposit slip, then either making a trip to the bank OR addressing and stamping an envelope and mailing it in, then waiting for days wondering if the envelope made it to FBT. With this app, I took photos of the check and (after several attempts) made the deposit. No other paperwork needed. The bank confirmed it, so I know it went well and I can destroy the original check. Otherwise, the app works just like the FBT web site.
