When you try to transfer funds from one account to another it shows there are insufficient funds even though there are plenty of funds in both accounts.. not very well managed at all... take to us back to the old app, at least it was reliable.... this one is garbage.... too many bells and whistles and you can't even manage what was on there... a little small bank trying to be like the big boys and you just don't have the experience yet in the computer room. hire real Techs and maybe people will
Small town bank that's big on excellence in customer service. The staff are really nice and very helpful. Would rather bank with them than any big bank.
Fairly easy to use.. The check system sometimes is a little hit or miss with finding the right lighting to submit checks.. Otherwise good.
Very user friendly! Only had a problem once, but when I called the bank, they were super helpful and the issue was resolved.
FBW has futuristic thinking;which shows up in it modern-day App. I love the cents program for savings. Amazing how quickly change adds up. I love my Bank!
Check deposits do not work as the program does not recognize hand written checks. It's been almost 2 years with no updates.
Feels outdated. You can't read the text at the bottom of the home navigation page.
App won't work. All transactions are 2 or 3 days late when it does work, not worth the space on my phone

I used to be able to see all the Bill's going out at one time and a total of that is. I don't like the look of the app now.

Nice and very easy to use interface, some buttons however are fairly small and could potentially be hard to see, for example when a notice comes up for scheduled maintenance, the 'okay, got it' text is small, blends in with the background, and is placed outside of the message box at the lower right corner of the screen, but overall it works as expected and is very convenient!
