Since the last update the app has been shutting down, taking a longtime to load but then it's ok. Notification section takes more than 2 mins to load. The Barça TV icon also randomly disappears and comes back. The app will also load the 'splash screen' then shut down. As of now it's totally broken.. GAME ON TOMORROW 👀

Only giving 5 stars cause I am a fan😪. But the app is terrible it keeps crashing and doesn't work properly. Fix it soon please!!!!

Thanks to the developers who made this app, I am able to know what ever is going on in my team(one of the greatest team in the world)...If you are truly a Barca supporter then I will recommend this app for you...💯👍

The app works overall, though there are some key features that are flat out not working for me. My premium membership, for example, never lets me get to barcatv+ content via this app. Everything works okay on desktop version of the site, but the app never seems to be able to pick up my membership status correctly. I've submitted two separate tickets about it, and no solution has been found so far.

1. Please add subtitles to the app's video player. Wanted to watch the Tito Villanova documentary but thought that there were no subtitles until I opened it on the browser and there they were. Turns out only the phone app doesn't have that feature. 2. Also sometimes it asks me to buy subscription even though I have it. Takes me some time to make it realize that. 3. By the way, does the Chromecast feature work? Mine is unavailable and it'd be great if I could use that.

I love this app but everytime I use it, it keeps on showing me "Araujo injury update". The app is good but can you please fix this problem?

i would like the app to be more interactive. I also feel that the AV content can be a lot better... everything works the way its supposed to, no hanging, no unpleasant lagging but i just wish there was a little more innovation in terms of how we as users can consume the content. its all a bit too flat for me & i would like it to be a little more engaging.

Big mistake with the notifications from the latest version. On this one you have really no choice as to which match notifications you get. i'd line to just get a notification 30 minutes before a match but no notifications for goals in case i want to watch it later. It's not possible to.make this choice anymore. Please fix, it is useless to me now except to check schedules.

I think this is a great app, compared to other clubs apps, this is well build... I get that live matches are too much to ask for, because of tv rights and all of that, but at least the other Barcelona teams (B team, femeni) has them, so that's nice!... However I put 4 stars just because I really believe you are missing an android tv/roku/smart tv app, most of the video content or matches i watch them on the tv with Chromecast, so having an tv app would be great!

Excellent application for die hard fans who wants to be well educated about the club history and present and future events,absolutely love it.

NO COSTUMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE TO ANY EMAILS FOR MONTS, BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY SUPER FAST.! have problems with this app. Live TV is not in English, neither the material available to watch. I am not able to change languages in app. I have subscribed and I cannot change my subscription. I contacted support thru email with no response. Getting really bad feelings from this, especially that 80% of material or info i can just get for free from other apps. As of right now, but waste of money.

Overall the app is pretty good. And the social media team of the club really works on the content and the stuff's very engaging and amazing.But, recently I'm having problems with videos....It shows the message: "Error loading Video" everytime I try playing a video. So, please do FIX that.Also, because of this problem, I suggest that the app developers include "Report Problem/Chat Session" section in the app itself. This way it can be easier for the user to understand the app easily. #ForcaBarca

I am a BarçaTv+ subscriber. I receive notifications for available content and my attempts to access the content are met with a "failed to load data" message, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I've sent many messages for support and have received NO replies whatsoever. I can watch the content on my web browser but then, what is the purpose of having an app anyway? I'm giving ONE start for lack of support!!!

Very good for the latest Barça info. If you have notifications on, you will be notified after every completed transfer! It's great, and (for me) it doesn't have any technical problems.

Ive had a horrible experience with this app. I never write reviews but i had to this time. Huge barca fan. I even payed for the subscription just to watch friendlies. At first it said i still needed to subscribe. So i missed that game. Now that i am able to watch it buffers and repeats. Unwatchable.

This app is very good and the content is fantastic. However, there is very less device compatiablity. Works fine on phone and pc.. but you need to start making this available on android tv, firetv stick, and other devices.

Everytime I want to watch highlights it says loading data failed. Highlights are also of just less than 2 minutes as if they are doing very big favour to us just look at Manchester United app they give 20 minutes highlights that to without subscription this app is very disappointing.

Best app for Barça. We got all the news about the team for several years. We feel what the players feel. But with the latest update videos don't play !!! Update: 14062020 "loading data fail" situation is still continue for videos!!!

I loved the previous version, this one is ok, but I cannot change the language, I like the games narrated in Spanish, it's so boring the English version. Please allow to select language and I'll give you 5 stars, no doubt about it

I couldn't play any video on it. I used to watch every match highlights. But now it's just showing failed to load data. This is disgusting. For someone who has no source to watch match, highlights is the only way and that too is ruined now. Looked of it will change for the new update but no

Hi Barça app developers your app does not turn properly to wide screen when playing videos on a tablet and it keeps crashing after you exit a video. Otherwise I love the app. Please fix these issues.

The only issue I got is that I been trying to change the language from English to Spanish and I don't see any options and everything the videos, Games is in English and I don't like it. I know you can change it in the website but I mostly use my phone app.

wonderful app guys..Everything works well.i encourage u guys to download it.You will not regret it.ever since i started using it i have not been missing out on any thing.It gives relevant and official news.No ads like most apps.you can get live scores see schedules and you can get to see the highlights if you did not watch the game..I almost forgot it also updates on transfer news..like some of you who would like to see the players on line up it also shows that and u can see vedios of training

I paid for barca tv + subscription and when i try to watch the match there is a prompt on the screen saying request time out subscribe to barca tv+ but i bought the subscription fee days ago and it was working fine till 5 minutes before the match started i have good internet speed i can watch other live streams without any problem too. What is this what a complete waste of time and money try to make this more reliable. I can't watch the match because of this

The app responds slowly to commands. Whenever I log on, it takes a while before the information comes up. Please fis this and make usage friendly. Also, there should be an option for feedback from members. I do not know if there is any at all, but I'm yet to see the feedback option. Other than these, I'm okay with the app. Força barça

Useless app The service doesn't work, i subscribed to BarcaTv+ and every time i try to play the videos a message pops up asking me to subscribe. Can't even use the content on this app. It's terrible and just a rip off. Very unhappy and unsubscribed.

I'm a fan and no need to browse matchday scores or standings it just there I love my experience with the app don't know about others

It worked fine before but the new and improved version no longer allows me to change the app language to Spanish: I am forced to use the app in English because my phone language is English. That's not what I want so I uninstalled it and now just visit the mobile website. FIX THE LANGUAGE CHOICE PLEASE! 🙏 La app ya no deja seleccionar el idioma, por favor corrijan este problema! Mi móvil está en inglés pero yo quiero la app en castellano o catalán, no en inglés. Gracias
