I have been in jury duty for the last 5 days. I have not been able to access your app all week. I only see the logo frozen on my screen. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc. Still nothing. VERY frustrated and disappointed.
Way too many bugs. App wont open. Sits on opening screen and wont load. Come on guys, its 2019, we cant get a simple parking app to function? Tried updating, no luck. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck. Guess I'll take the parking ticket now that I'm already sitting down 15 minutes away. Bet their parking enforcement system is still running to write tickets. Guess we know where the priority is. Nice job clowns.
My wife and I both downloaded the most recent version of the app yesterday. Both Android (Marshmallow and Nougat, LG G5 and LG G6). App hangs at startup for a few minutes to indefinitely before launching. Stays stuck at FC logo. Wife was eventually able to start an account and use app. I was unable to use it. I had to use the pay station instead, and although I entered my phone number for an expiration reminder, I never got a text notification. Wish this was as easy and reliable as ParkMobile.
Makes paying easy, and convenient for adding time when necessary.
Easy and concurrent --especially with tech updates to add more parking time, although be prompt with it. There are no grace periods.
When I'm going to pay for parking the app says my card has failed to process and doesn't initiate my parking session but I still get charged to my bank account. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Great way to pay for parking here in Fort Collins parking garages! Easy to use and reload when out having fun still.
This app was once useful before the January update. Now it does not work on Android phones. Reported and developer asked for screenshots in January. Still no fix!
Easy to use and it remembers your license! But the signage for the zone# around the parking structures could be bigger font...
Probably the most usable app I've ever had. you can download, install, and pay for your parking in <5 minutes, literally with one hand/thumb
Not enthusiastic about the user experience. Couldn't change my vehicle license plate after my session had started since I enter it wrong
How do you know if you are parked in 1603 or 1604? Why not use the structures names? These numbers mean absolutely nothing to anyone. It would be easy to pay for the wrong structure and get a ticket.
Spectacularly inept implementation. Button names instead of the button text. Just stalls on input. Clearly not tested.
I love how the first hour is free and then only a dollar every hour after. To top it off, I can pay from my phone. Awesome!! Thank you FC Parking!

No longer works on Samsung S8 after 1/23/20 update. Completely useless.
Worthless. paid on the app and still got a ticket for parking in the zone I paid for.
prepay for parking? Why would I want to do that when I don't know how long I'll be in downtown. I hope whoever approved this app is fired for incompetence. 😀

Easy and reliable
Easy to use and have had no problems so far. It's great that you can add extra time from your phone and it warns you when your time is about to run out. Update: app is good in general, but it is really stupid that you can't extend your time once it runs out. Instead of just allowing you to add time retroactively to when it expired, the app locks you out. The dumbest part is that the city actually loses money because I'd pay the extra hour, but they don't really patrol and give people tickets.
