Had issues with the app working on my new phone (s22 ultra). However FCB fixed the issue relatively quickly. They have also made some improvements to the app that look awesome. So far working great!
I was forced to update the app (it worked just fine before) and now it's unable to verify my login credentials,which haven't changed for over a decade.Already frustrated with this bank & now this.
The last update made the app unusable. Click on it and get nothin but white screen. Almost a month of nothing.
The only thing I don't like is the assigned username. It is harder to remember since it did not follow my mnemonic framework.
This app does the basics. It's definitely not cutting edge for folks who primarily do a majority of their banking online. The visuals are again basic. The checking register is more of a running list versus giving you a running balance with each transaction. Hard to determine what the running balance at the top truly reflects. This app also seems to take much longer for items to go from pending to actual. Just expected more from a larger institution in this age of online banking.
In 2019 I have it a 5 🌟 but now in 2021 almost 2022 I give it a 2 🌟. Ended up deleting it off my phone. When it worked, it worked great. Was able to see pending transactions, move money around in all my accounts, etc. When it crashed, wouldn't accept the actual password, or would freeze..... I was annoyed..... so I deleted it. Not adding it back. Mainly bc I don't like apps in general.
Just updated your app, now it crashes every time I try to open it.
App not working, uninstalled and reinstalled several times, been using the website for banking

this app is the best!! I used to live in collinsville and moved over an hour an 20 mins away and didn't want to change my bank! This app allows me to deposit a check on my phone without having to drive back there and I can check on what clears my accounts and what is deposited!! Customer Service is polite and very helpful also! Love it!!
When I first got this app I was a little iffy about it. It has improved tremendously! Keep up the good work. I only have one suggestion. Allow customers to add accounts. Maybe have different account options to chose from. For instance, an account that is strictly for internet transactions. ;)
App crashes instead of working. Please fix this, I want access to mobile deposit back and it's been months. The app used to be great. Feb 2022 update: worked for about a month in January now crashes again. Not impressed. Called customer service, they know it's broken but don't seem to care.
The app is always frozen. Whenever I want to check my bank account It won't even let me log in. I can't click on anything. I can't even log in anymore, when I click the bar to type in my information nothing comes up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. Please fix this bug.
With latest updates I can no longer access my accounts. Tried deleting the app, restarting phone and reinstalling but same issue that it detected an auto click program. Was never an issue before (3 years or so). They need to get this bug fixed.
App constantly crashes, literally 5+ times today. This has been going on go weeks. It is not convient to have to delete and then re-download the app in order to get it work. If this is not fixed soon I will have no choice but to move to a different bank.
Super easy to use. Very simple. Money transfers incredibly fast. The only issue i have is that it sometimes decides to lock you out randomly, somehow at the most inconvenient times
I can no longer make transfers. My savings account should be the only account restricted but due to lazy design I can no longer make ANY in app transfers. Thinking about switch banks and, by extension, apps.
This bank's systems are very poorly designed. I've discussed this with them multiple times and they refuse to look into it further. It has costed me over $500 in NSF fees this year alone. Any transactions after 5PM and before they do their nightly processing shows as "available" but then it disappears the next morning. Then, after they charge the fees, it shows as available the next day. This is a bery corrupt bank who is only looking out for their business, NOT the customers.
Super easy to check balance and transactions. Also love being able to deposit checks through the app. Would prefer to use a trace pattern or PIN to login rather than full password.
I used to love it. Now I'm lucky if the app will load. Update... I figured out that it won't open with wifi. I have to turn off my wifi and load it through my phone's data service.
I deposited on Saturday the 23rd, and found out Wednesday the 27th by email it was rejected. After calling and finding out why. It took 13 attempts for your system to accept. Next time CALL!!! NOT EVERYONE IS JOINED AT THE HIP WITH THE INTERNET!!!
Just did a update. Now I can't log in. Please fix
Needs a patch BAD More and more recently the app for both me and my wife ill have to close it and reopen the app about 7 or 8 times before the screen pops up for me to put my info in to login the error message comes up other wise . I once couldn't get into the app for a whole day on and off wifi because of it just not loading pass the fcb logo opening screen
App is great when it works. Currently it is freezing after signing in with the fingerprint scanner. If I hit cancel for the biometric sign it I cant click or type anything.
Was forced to do an update 2 weeks ago. Ever since, the app won't open. Goes to a solid white screen. Uninstall & reinstalled, still white. Customer service knows the update affected their Android users, but didn't have any idea when it would be fixed. If you don't have to do the latest update, don't. I hate having to log in from the internet to check my account.
