Good initiative, however you need to update your systems like every five seconds because the problem all clients get when accesing services..... "Systems are down".... Like seriously.... Like I uninstalled but getting the app back seems an in vain job...... Work on that

The app keeps on telling me I need an internet connectivity, yet I have full internet. I have not been able to use it yet because of this.

App won't work after update. Says cannot work on a rooted device. My device is not rooted.

Old version worked well but after update insists can't work on a rooted device, whatever it mean..

a total wastage of time and mbs. this has to be the worst banking app available on play store. every time i open the app i get a 'app has stoped'.

Easy to use app. Very efficient and thanks to the helpfull staff at isiolo branch for her help in activation.

This is a fraud App, I regret wasting my bundles on it. I can't use the so called the activation pin. Dammmm it!!!!!!!!!

The app have not been working since yesterday trued to contact the customer care its busy and if its ring no one is picking

i am a kenyan at diaspora( neighbouring country).cant get services using this app.it is very frustrating.
