To obtain an FCC commercial operator license, an applicant must submit an original Proof of Passing Certificate issued by a Commercial Operator License Examination Manager (COLEM), or have the application filed electronically by the COLEM, demonstrating that the applicant has passed the required written elements. For the FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License the required written elements are:
Element 1: Basic radio law and operating practice with which every maritime radio operator should be familiar. To pass, an examinee must correctly answer at least 18 out of 24 questions.
Element 3: General Radiotelephone. Electronic fundamentals and techniques required to adjust, repair, and maintain radio transmitters and receivers. To pass, an examinee must correctly answer 75 out of 100 questions.

There is no "study material" in this app. Study mode does not have study material, it's just the questions. If you don't already know the basics of the subject matter, this won't help you. It needs a less deceptive description.
Does not display diagrams properly on new versions of android (won't enlarge them)
It ask me to update the app but it doesn't have an update.

Would like it if the elements were given in separate tests. Take test 1 then test 3.
Good test prep! A few questions and answers are phrased differently on the actual test, particularly the ones that are long sentences. Also the actual test is separated into two parts, where as this app combines them as if they are one in test mode.
Rinse and repeat until you pass. Worked great for element 1. Well see about element 3 =)

There are are a handful of wrong answers, needs to be updated

Worked for me...100% element 1 99% element 3...Memorized everything in 2 weeks...I was worried that these weren't the actual questions on the test, but they were..Couldn't be happier..
It contains wrong answers, better fix ASAP. I SENT email more than month ago, still no reaction yet?
