Everything was perfect.I have been using this app for about 4 months. All of a sudden, last week, it started shutting down. A message appeared saying there was a bug in the app, and to re-load an update. I see no I Update. I need some help with this!!
There was a period of time using the app that if I switched screens or darkened my screen I would lose the call, but it seems to have been corrected
Never had A issue with app until this last fixes. Kicks me out serval times. You can't navigate to other other apps. Whatever you did in your last update please undo it.
Keeps crashing on my Samsung s22. Message from Google said there is a bug that needs to be fixed
The HD app is not working properly lately. Its Kicking you out of the meeting several times and if you try to navigate to another application while you are in a meeting it closed abruptly.. Please check this issue. Thanks
I like this app. We use it for Church Services on Sundays. I host the conference and I have about 100 listeners. The only thing I couldn't figure out is how to incorporate music and the singing. For some reason, listeners complain of garbled music, etc... I have told them that the system is not for music and that the app is for conferences. I wish the developers can do something about it. I used the broadcaster too and it didn't make much of a difference.
I don't know what happened to the multiple account management. that was a great feature. now I'm very unhappy with the current version. I manage several accounts for different people and I used to be able to have them stored and I could select which one I needed. now it only seems to hold one. It has become less useful. very disappointing. -- Thank you for your response. I'll be looking for that version again. maybe you add it separate for $1.99. I'm willing to pay that for the convenience.
We have been using this since tge COVID shutdown and has been an excellent tool keeping us all together for all out meetings. Sound is crisp and clear and all functions work well. Being able to download the meetings is a great plus. Thank you for providing this timely and important tool.
I never seen an app that is so basic or so bad like this. The app will allow any caller to disconnect other callers and mute them. Also when a caller leaves the meeting everyone gets disconnected becuase "end the meeting for all partisipants is pre selected on the app. It should not allow callers to mute each other and disconnect eachother. We cant even talk becuase some mad guy comes on drop all us.
The app doesn't allow autofilling or pasting in the password field, and I have a complex password that I'm not willing to type (or change). Uninstalled. I would try the app again if this was fixed.
It's a 5 stars app deservedly but 3 stars because it keeps crashing or kicking out of the conference abruptly and especially when the phone screen goes off
I like the clearness of the calls. My only problems are having to add participants each time we do a call. And not having the invitation right there to copy and paste in an email.
used to work fine on my previous phone but now everytime I try to join a call as soon as I click join and pick internet the app crashes. It keeps crashing all the time and wont work but still works on my old phone. What is wrong with this app???
Very good and clear. I wish the host could mute participants' mic to avoid background noise. Not everyone follows the instruction of 'mute your mic'. Edited: There is actually the feature to mute mics from the host. The host just figured it. So the app gets 👍
What happened??? The new update ruined it as someone said. If joining a free conference call meeting number, now you cant use the dial pad to hit # to join the conference! I'm not daff but I cant figure out how to add another frequently called number. IMHO no user testing was used before launch. The only way i can hear free conference calls is with my phone minutes?? Deleting this after over 10 years of use since i cant roll back the upgrade
Having issues with the app used to be able to access all files now can't and there's no editing features either
Ui is confusing. There could be a way to have no music while waiting for the first partcipant. Rating increased to 4. The ui could use a lot of improvement. Will get 5 if that's done.
This app had been working fine until Tuesday (2/16). I'm not sure what happened but I couldn't log in as host for my own call. I reinstalled app which allowed me to enter as host but if I log into app it will take away host option.
i cant believe this app is just allowing any participant to fully control a meeting thats not even their account. they can literally mute and drop callers without ever having to need the host pin what so ever.i'm guessing this is some sort of a glitch on the app so hopfully it will get fixed soon because it is a bad look on the app
Theres delay in end to end comunication but the app is cool and easy to use.Those of you complaining about mute and unmute,i wonder,,Someone else cant mute you,but only the host can mute you if theres a noise coming from ur line and also if you wanna talk you can unmute yourself and talk,if you wanna say something that you dont want those in the meeting to hear you can mute your line.. I CONSIDER THIS APP VERY SUITABLE AND USERS FRIENDLY.
Had a call with the board of directors of a non profit museum due to the Covid pandemic. The call went off without a hitch and sounded great. Thanks FCCHD!
Unable to get the call I set up to hear & the number is change automatically to a different number that I did not enter & it still does not work. What's up with that? It's like there is a game being played.
This would be a good app but they allow people to put your private information out and still use the program keep doing it they don't care as long as they get paid that's the bad part
Great app and concept, but it would be nice to have an option to login with your credentials, like on the website.

Hi, I have been using this, experience was good..but since fee days am getting meeting reports of the meetings which I have not made. Am not sure about this being secure or not. Have emailed, reported , called but no response.
This app has been working fine ,but for the past few day we are having problem with the app. Not working the dailing number is not going through.
I too am having issues all of a sudden with the app. I have several conference calls saved and I've been getting a cannot dial null number or something and it's not making the call as normal by tapping the Call button. It's rejecting the calls that way and saying to dial some random numbers. Had to dial in tonight via internet. Not sure if that way allows me to use the virtual phone pad in the app to hit *8 to turn entry and exit tones off.
