This app is easy and convenient. I would give it higher stars BUT! The text feature that goes with it is so annoying!!! 😡 After every text a terms and conditions text automatically pops up. I have multiple accounts so multiple terms and conditions come up every time!!! I understand terms and conditions apply and if I should forget what they are I can check them out at the bottom of the app or ask a teller when I am in a branch. Please remove this auto text! Other than that... Great app! 👍

I've used the mobile deposit feature many times and find it relatively easy. When depositing a check, you do have to write additional information which you aren't aware of until taking a picture of the check's back. That info would be handy up front. Like BEFORE you attempt to make a deposit. Otherwise, good app and I will take a credit union ANYTIME over a bank.

The automatic picture taking happens to fast, so the pic frequently is not good enough, and you have to take it over and over again to get it right. It worked better when you could focus the pic and take it yourself, rather than have the app do it automatically.

I love how convinent it is. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is days behind when showing you your transactions. You have to log into your account online to view your current/true balances and last transactions. I want to be able to see the transactions on the app as soon as it happens, or at least the next day of. So besides making a deposit I don't really use the app.

Please fix this. The update from 5/05/20 has mad it impossible to read. Everything is in bold way too detailed now. Please revert it to a previouse version. Any of them are better than this. It was like a nightmare to scroll through my account. It used to be perfect. 2 stars is because it still works but man is it so hard look at.

So far, I have only used this app for Checking and Savings issues. I like the simplicity of this user friendly app. The font size and style are perfect for finding what you need. I especially appreciate that I can go back months ago to confirm my transactions. Next month I will use it to pay my auto loan. BTW, I am Very Pleased with Noble Credit Union.

Slow deposits - every time I try to deposit checks it can't read or redo numerous times. The pictures are clear and in good lighting. Sometimes it's just easier to go into the bank.

Its a great app. Easy to use and very helpful. It does lock me out sometimes or says I've made attempts to log in when I haven't but I try again in 15-20mins and I can log in again.

It used to be a nice app, but the recent update made it so it immediately logs you out every time you switch away, so if you need to use a calculator or something, it gets really annoying.

recently updated this app and now every time I try to deposit a check the app closes as soon as the picture is trying to be taken. being able to deposit a check via phone used to work so well. I may have to cancel my account now do to this error.

Pretty good application, would be great if it almost entirely duplicated the Noble website; instead, you have to switch to the website for certain things that are not in the application.

Finally an app that really works. I need to check with them about the Fraud protection when out of town. All in all I'm happy with Noble.... I forgot the most important thing. From day one I've have never had a problem with the employees. Even security are pleasant.

It is a very useful app but the only bad thing about it is if you get your card stolen you can't freeze your cards. And say if it happens on a weekend you get your card stoleny you have wait for that next weekday to call to have your cards Frozen or to even report it stolen.

Vert bad customer service. It's impossible to get someone on the phone if you need help. I was having trouble while on vacation and they were horrible. Go to a real bank.

It's a very good app it's just missing one thing. I tend to loss my banking cards just need a deactivating button to deactivate my cards when I lose them.

Can never login to the app. I have to constantly log in to the website on chrome. It's not as detailed as the app is. At this point its just ridiculous.
