Worked but very very sluggish. Takes too much time to login. Takes too much time to transfer funds. Token keeps popping up during transfers. No receipt generated for transactions. … Can't & won't use it again until the app is enhanced to deliver as should. Feels like uninstalling it NOW…
This app hasn't been updated for almost four years. Many new features are expected to have been inculcated including biometrics. Unfortunately, Business Accounts used on this platform does not work at par with Personal Account on the FCMB New Mobile App. It's either Business or Personal Account that is active. You have to reset the app completely or uninstall and reinstall before you can switch between Business and Personal Accounts
This application had not opened likewise the 'fcmb mobile plus', which has also disappeared on the Google apps store since my last phone model update. Can this be explained for remedies, please? Nothing positive happened ever since. I received reply to my email message. After I submitted my account numbers. There had been no response again. But today, an attempt was made to hijack my business account in an attempt to displace a co signatory.
It's a good now. For those getting invalid password or username, It's because you haven't registered in bank and mobile banking hasn't been set up for your account. Remember, your online banking details is not the same as your mobile banking details. It's actually a good one.
As much as this app will be great, the issue of no receipt of transactions is too bad. Kindly update the app to enable us get a receipt that can be used as a means of confirmation and information to the recipient of the transfer. Please check GTB's GT World to some of their fantastic features. And here I can see that there has been no response to people's reviews, are you even reading these?
Very useless app. If you can't manage an app, its better you get it off, after monthly deduction of maintenance charges. Even with an high powered network, it gets hard to open rhe app for urgent transactions.
This app needs alot of work. Haven't been able to perform a single transaction in the last five days... keeps saying bad internet connection... and I am sure that is not the issue. FCMB needs to do better
This is one of the worst business banking app I have experienced, Banking apps are there to ease the burden on bankers from going to the branch, getting statements, making payments with proof of payment etc. But this app is not even close to giving its clients that, I wonder if you guys took a survey from the customers before introducing this app. This shouldn't be called business app maybe students app should be a better name suited for it.
After the latest Android update, this app has stopped opening. It closes while initializing. I want to believe it's a compatibility issue.
Do they even use the app? Every time " failed due to bad Internet". Go and fixed the app or I stick with Accessmore. New review: Your app has bugs and cannot run on androind 12 one UI 4.1. The app was last updated in 2017.
The app is wack, it did not allow me generate a transaction pin, I called customer care they said I should go to a branch to do that, ní 9pm,ok. I also can't log in with finger print. It forgot my login password, I had to call customer care to reset it. FCMB needs to sit up on this app.
This app is not working. Can you please provide a solution. There seems to be a bug and customers are being asked to ask the app developer to provide a fix for the bug.
I have used this app in the past without trouble; thanks. Since the NEW app no longer accepts my Marshmallow powered phone, i opted for this app but onboarding this is an uphill task marred by failed delivery of OTPs and temporary passwords.
Very useless app. To login is a big problem. No receipt. Keeps saying Authentication code is incorrect always even when you enter the correct digits.
I ve not been able to do a transfer with this app..as it keeps responding name inquiry failed. Also this app should ve transaction histroy to enable one print & send to beneficiary as proof of payment. Thanks
Okay so the business app is fair enough but making transactions are still not so smooth but in totality its a pass. Please try harder to give us a better experience using the business app. Just FYI the transfer I carried out now did not work.
Very poor app, i have tried to login a number of times yet, no authenetication. What sort of thing is that, other app even allow you t great account without going to the bank.
I'm unimpressed with this app. If you make transfers, you cannot generate receipt, you also cannot view most recent transactions or generate statements of account from the App. This is less than acceptable for a bank that claims Service to customers.
I do hope that there should be a page for receipt of payment after transfers. I have to phone customers to inform them I credited there account. They don't seem to know who did the transaction
Since 2017, this app has not been updated... Transaction history on my own, current ones are not showing or updated... Too bad to experience this...UnionBank and FirstBank are 100% better than this, because, i am using them... Update this app...
Wonderful,this in the.most easy and friendly, but seriously business app, great for transaction and secure. I fully recommend it for everyone. kudos plus extra 10 stars to fcmb
Very poor app, cant view last transaction untill after a week. Does not generate OTP, cannot login easily, Last upday was 2017 (3yrs ago), cant print receipt after transaction
This app is not too fantastic. It will ne better if there is a provision for printing or downloading TRANSACTION TICKETS. Do something before we abandon it.
Please you guys need to upgrade at this stage of our economy. Out of all the banks I use, yours is the only one I cannot email or print bank statement. I will have to walk into your bank before I can do that and it's not convenient. Please you guys can do better and work on your network too. It's too poor. Thank you

Worst app. Can't even register. Keeps telling me username and password incorrect even during registration.
I have been using other bank apps, this particular app is a night mare. To log in is a problem. When one eventually logs in, it is another problem to do a successful transfer. It does not show receipt of transaction. In fact, the app needs serious improvement.
