The app has many kinks to work on. You can't transfer unless you go through the “manage beneficiaries” in the settings and at some when you try to load airtime from the app, it won't notify you that it loaded and a few minutes later you get an alert. I tried loading airtime today and it didn't show any signs of a successful transaction after three tries, only to get debited on those three failed attempts. I'm so pained right now 😡😡😡😡😡😡

App was working fine until I was forced to update it today(24th of May, 2022). Now it no longer open, it keeps force closing. I've cleared cache and app data, still the same thing. I uninstalled and, reinstalled it, still won't work. My bank app is inaccessible now. Horrible experience. Edited: I'm impressed with the 'swiftness' in taking action to get the app working fine again, yeah over 24hrs is still a lot considering the fact that this is a financial app. I improved my rating to 3***

The app now allows you to see receipt but you cannot see the amount sent on the receipt. You need to screenshot your text or email debit message where the amount is and blurr your balalnce to backup the receipt after sending money to someone. This is stressful, other bank apps I've seen the amount and all transaction details are on one single receipt.

The update made on the app just made it worse. I can't even purchase airtime or data. It's saying purchase error. Before the update, it processes transactions slowly now it doesn't even process at all. SMH. I think lately FCMB has started messing up

I can't transfer, always disappointing, I feel like uninstalling and stop using the app. Imagine I had to log on to interswitch platform, input the card details to transfer funds.........this is not it at all. Bad experience

Updated and can no longer log in! Fix it!!! A quick update done to fix the login issues. App is just ok. Inability to transfer funds from your domiciliary account to your USD debit card in the same bank is a totally silly restriction though.

Everytime I tried to access the page where I can control my debit card it always bring out an error... I believe customers have the right to control their account with their mobile app... Wema ALAT is the best with amazing features so far... Learn from them if necessary pls... Even account upgrade via app is not possible lmao 😂... Trust me this app is only useful for sending and receiving money and bills payments that's all nothing else works on the app. Shiooooor big shame

There's an option to upgrade account on the app yet it doesn't allow you upgrade. Each time I click to upload my ID and other documents, it signs me out immediately. Also, it's too stuffy

This app is so annoying, I've been trying to login but its futile. Why make it mandatory to sign in with old account details when all the app would do is see it as invalid. It's impossible to open a new account and the old credentials would not be approved to aid my entry into the app.

Very very useless app.... Since I opened my bank account I've been unable to log on to the mobile app. I've been to the bank several times abd they reset the password severaly but still never been able to login and all they tell me is that they've sent an email to the the IT department to delete my profile so I can reregister. Ever since it's no reply. The internet banking is also frustrating..trying to reset password is a big stress unable to choose or Change security questions. Na waah 4 You👎

Immediately I switched from my first Samsung S9 to Another Samsung S9 After setting up pass and username The response I get is THIS DEVICE IS ALREADY REGISTERED ON THIS PLATFORM I have try try and try it's same response, I think I will consider deleting the app, I had good experience while it was still working but it quite unfortunate I can't use it anymore. I am enjoying this app. I feel relaxed and assured by FCMB BANK service. But I will to be enlighten on how to open a dollar account and shares. And also, I have been trying the start a Target Saving but it's not working,even to put a call through to the customer care service and I was told it network issue, kept on trying and it still not working

What is the need of this App if all I can do is just make transfer and buy airtime? I can't even purchase AEDC power from the App, now I've been trying for the past 2 weeks to disable my lost ATM card, but it keeps giving error over and over again, to sign up for a virtual card is even the worst of it all.

Well, de App is good bt if I wnt to see my transfer history in order to share a transaction to/wt someone after some days, it will nt work nd I would really need to snd a proof of transaction to someone bt no way, pls,do something to fix de issue so I cn snd receipt of transfer/ transaction anytime it's necessary.

Sorry but someone used my account number, phone to create an account on this FCMB mobile and has been stealing my money, withdrawing it and I when I tried creating an account the told me I already have an account registered and now I've been trying to create a new password by saying forgot crecidentials. They told me to put all my account details from my ATM card which I did but the keep on telling me it's not valid. Please what should I do, I have no idea on what to do. I need to block it Asap

I have been using fcmb for some years now, the bank is very good and has a good operating standard the staffs at the branch close to me are very nice and friendly people, the only problem I'm having with this bank is their mobile app, as a good customer that loves banking with you and have been banking with you for years now I huge you take this aspect of your organisation very serious, get a good team to maintain bug in the app, then everything will be fine thank you, (Asia miracle osas)

This is the worst ever!!, I can't even use my card outside the country. It keeps telling me that my limit is exceeded when I haven't withdrawn anything at all! What kind of frustration is this??
