Real-time mobile access to FCMB accounts is now possible, with FCMBOnline App, available in the App Store.
With FCMBOnline, customers can check their account balances and transfer funds directly from their mobile devices. The App enables transfers within FCMB accounts as well as to any other bank account in Nigeria. Other features of the FCMBOnline App are bill payments (such as Cable Network, Electricity Distribution Company Bills, Airtime Post Paid bills and Internet Data Services bills), and airtime top up recharge purchase for self and third parties.

Customers will enjoy the same features and functions offered by our Retail Internet Banking, in a very convenient manner: customers can use their existing internet banking credentials to access the App, thereby giving them a unique experience across both channels.

Another unique feature of FCMBOnline is the branch locator. The App will help users locate the closest FCMB branch via the Map.

FCMBOnline is very secure. In addition to the private log in credentials required to access the App, a transaction password is requested to validate any mobile transaction. To guide against unauthorized access to customer’s account, it is important to protect bank details securely. In case the password has been compromised, we urge customers to promptly contact us. Please note that the bank will never request for your password.

Activating the App only requires Username, Account Number and a Registration Code that will be sent to the registered phone number after the first authentication stage. For existing FCMB Internet Banking users, only the Username and Password are required.

Always showing internal error. Please fix this issue, it's annoying. Whenever I tap on sign-in, that's the message I get, it's more than 5months now. I left it because of that and I decided to check it again to see if the problem has been fixed but no. I like the New FCMB app but I still like this one. Am using a Samsung Galaxy A70 and everything is fine. The problem is likely from your side.

This app is not user friendly when transferring to your saved beneficiaries list especially if you have accounts with same account name. You will have to do account name enquiry each time to confirm if you are transferring to the correct account. And if it is the wrong account, the app reshuffles the list again and you can pick the same account again and go through the process again. Kindly add account number to the list of beneficiaries in your next update.

Whilst I will commend the app creators for a seamless UI, will also add that 1. Transaction histories should indicate recipients..None of the communication outlet show it, not sms alert, nor email nor the app and this shouldn't be...Peruse other bank apps and kindly upgrade.. if it's gonna be all tech then let it be. 2. I can't request for my bank statement on the app and get it delivered to my mail, WHY? PLEASE ADJUST ALL THESE AND STRIVE TO GIVE YOUR CLIENTS A WOW EXPERIENCE. Thanks

app works wonderfully well.. Tho each time i use your app to transfer money, i do not get a success notification, a success notification that shows the account of the receiver so that it can be used as a means of evidence, a proof of transfer. please fcmb should look into this, it is too important. thank you.

I am not satisfied with the services been offered with this app 1. I have beneficiaries saved but everytime I select the beneficiary it keeps giving an error message so I always have to enter the account numbers everytime I need to transfer 2. I can't generate a reciept after a transaction to send as evidence of payment for a transaction made 3. After making transfers in the evidence of payment, text message, email and mobile app, you cant see the name of the person you transferred to.

Good app. Secure and fast. Downside is no receipts, no sharing or saving of receipts. No detailed history of transactions. Very bland and outdated. 2019 is a long time ago for an app to be updated.

The offer of convenience can never be underestimated. It makes a whole world of difference when compared to usual banking methodology and it's logistics where customers have to fill up forms, and then either sit and wait for their turn or queue up. Good stuff!

This is one of the worst bank apps in the App store! Somewhat difficult to use, the evidence of transactions (text message or email alerts) are not well detailed. Also, assuming you have other personal bank account numbers from other banks added to beneficiary list and you need to make a transfer to one of them, you only get to see your names and no account numbers so you will have to be making guesses till you chose the correct acct number you intend sending money to.

I'm not sure who designs FCMB apps but of all the bank app I use (UBA, Diamond) it is the most difficult to set up. You need to go to a branch to set up an account in 2018 and you still aren't guaranteed your user ID will work. Just ridiculous. Furthermore, half the time the logo stares at you for the longest time when you open the app. You have no idea of it is loading or going to eventually open. This leads to multiple restarts.

This app was actually cool to transact with until last year when i couldn't access my account again, even when i type in the correct username and password it still declines. Right now i am so frustrated that if there was anything like 0 star then that's what this app deserves!

The Fcmb mobile plus app deserves not a single star. It is the most useless banking app on my device. I have lost money severally all cos I can't do transactions when I should have. It returns a network error even when you've got no issues with the internet... And it can go on for days.

This app is the most irritating bank app ever ,for the past few days have been trying to do some transaction at the end of my transaction it's will say ''transaction error" but u keep debiting my account, I've called the customer care also send an email even send a message to you guys on Instagram, I got no reply. And if I go to the bank hall, all I get is attitude, we have a lot of app on our phones and we update them time to time but in your case we have to delete and download the new app.

This app is completely useless, not only do i get debited for a transaction that came back with an error message, i am unable to log into the app. It does appear that this app, like this bank's operations was an half-assed effort. It id unfortunate, it had so much promise.

FCMB has the poorest mobile banking app. It's just too poor. U cannot be stranded and need to do transaction, someone will definitely end up stranded. Both ussd and internet banking usually have issues.

FCMB should delete the 'Plus' in this app. When other banks have advanced their mobile app to transfer one million and above on a single transaction and up five million daily limit. Customers can enhance/increase their limits on the app without visiting any branch. Transaction Receipt can be generated on other apps without issues and frequent beneficiaries are auto saved. Even your Internet Banking is the worse with no features. FCMB, pls upgrade your echannels pls

This app is the worse of the property in possession of this company that need be thrown away. It lacks integrity, disappointing the customers, and can't sustain the test of long term reliability for quick transactions of any kind. Hence the customer service will not even come to your aid whenever you request for reset. So I wonder why it can't serve longer like other Banks apps. It's mended for local use.

I have downloaded the app and initiated the registration, an authentication code was sent to my phone number but after imputing the code and a transaction code the feed back I always gets is "Unable to complete the registration please try again later". Good day. To be fair, I have been using this app for a while and is quite okay. I would have given it 4/5 based on past experience. However, I am now getting frustrated for the last 5 days trying to transfer money. All I got was " internal server error" each time I tried to login. Now, I can't even login.
