I don't understand why almost everything about this bank is teadeous. You can imagine changing your phone and it locked you out. The app has no option to unlink previous devices attached to your account and register a new one.
the bank is awesome but the mobile app is bad because i was using the app for a year but since last year i was not able to use it and its getting me annoyed. i visited the bank more than 10 times, call customer care many times. i uninstall and installed it but no way. on my phone its only the app that is not working always telling me ' Error in network connection please check your network' but all my app on my phone are working
Lately, it does not connect unlike when it was first installed Issues of need to update while failing to update and requiring access credentials and claiming they are incorrect when imputed Very poor
I can't login ng account no more. I formatted my phone and it's asking me to go and login at the device I registered with. But coincidentally, that's the device I'm using. But I still can't login. Please help me out
why cant i login anymore huh?i redownloded fcmb app then its telling me that its being logged to another device,okay then i did forgot password so it will send to my email which it did,now to reset the password its telling me nonsense,that login failed ,that the phone number is registered with another device????how come it sent to my email if my device isnt registered!!!!!?
The app does not show the sender's name in the alert (email and sms) to the beneficiary when a transfer is initiated. Fix up!
The government gives us probs, the service providers are also there, the banks will definitely want to reshape someone's destiny with delay then why should apps depress u, Later some human beings will hear someone died of this illness and then they open that 'gutter' of theirs ranting the person isn't strong. Are the probs above combine with ur normal 'bukata' not enough to dismantle someone. Pls fix this app ASAP, don't u even know someone life can depend on it one day.
This should be the most useless bank app there is. I've not even done any transactions and it saying transaction limit exceeded. The app needs an overhue.
This is the worst banking app so far how can it be asking a customer to login to a lost divice i spent close to an hour on phone just to rectify the problem i was told to login aftet an hour and its still the sane problem for me no star ✨ at all
Can't log in its so sad. No connection when I have great network. Fix it or delete this service if it can't be managed right.
This is disgusting! Can't use the App cos it's saying I should upgrade to a newer version and there isn't any upgrade on play store!

I try to transfer money, telling to download the app again.... This not the first Time they will be doing this and have upgraded my account.... What again? This bank is worst
i cant login even after going to a close branch to do all formalities. the app is not working. Get a developer to do a good app. like accessbank or firstbank(with this 2 i dont stress myself going to bank)
Downloaded this app since one week ago and it's Keeps saying please check Your connection..and my connection is a completely fine . Not fair

I lost my phone, the one I used to open this app... Now on my new phone it's telling me to open the account on the phone I used to register it and it was stolen.... It's soooo frustrating😠😡

What I hate about this APP is providing recipient phone number before funds is transferred.All the same it is manageable
I downloaded the app recently and I've been having trouble creating the account. it keeps loading and after a long time it shows "an unexpected error was encountered" and some other things, although I don't really need the app, please fix it soon
