Force logs you out, disables biometric logins, "Remember me" function does not work, sometimes just never loads. Never go with a bank that has dreadful online banking.
They are service charge happy. I'm currently looking for another bank.
Really needs a forgot password option
It's all fine and dandy until you have to reset your password, a mandatory process every few months. There's no forgot password button and since the app allows for fingerprint sign in, you only have to enter this password 1x before using fingerprint id. There should be an option to opt out of the password updating. ALSO, does not notify you if there are any changes like overdrafts or anything like that, what is the point of this app? Most bank apps notify you of all transactions!
The only thing I don't like is that it won't show you your transactions.
installed it but despite the phone being connected to both WiFi and 4g it keeps telling me I am not connected and retrying and settings do nothing. can't use it
I do not have to use a register anymore! This app is quick and easy!!

Opens to nothing. The screen is simply blank white, and thus obviously can access anything. Making this app utterly useless.
