Great app! I use it almost daily for my business and personal accounts. Very similar to online banking. User friendly. I can do most transactions right from my phone on the go like check balances, transfer money, pay bills. You can make mobile deposits also, but because you do not get immediate credit for the entire deposit I prefer to drive to the bank for deposits. Glad the option is there if I need it. Overall very useful great app!

As of the last two days, App won't load-keeps flashing and telling me I need to reboot my phone. But before that, it was hit or miss whether or not it would even load. I've waited over 5 minutes for the app to open in the past. It's usually faster to open my browser and log in in Google chrome (though you can't do mobile deposits from there). I've been with FLCU for almost a decade, but I've actually been considering switching banks just because of the app, it's that much of an inconvenience.

The app continually freezes while attempting to log in. Sometimes, I can't access my account balance for days, which is very frustrating. I feel like it's gotten worse since it updated. I also have a lot of difficulty getting any assistance from my local branch, or even just getting polite service when I call for a balance (it won't let me log in on the website either.) If you're considering this CU, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. I've not had a very good experience thus far.

works when it wants, at times its logs on super quick but the majority of the time it takes forever to log on. When your trying to get stuff done and it takes forever to log on its extremely frustrating. One other issue i found was with the mobile deposit even when you take a super clear picture alot of times it says cant read check which is crazy when your taking the picture with a note 9 one of the best cell cameras out there. When they fix these issues my rating will change to a 5 star.

Horrible app. When the app did work it took upwards of 3 mins for it to log in. Now the app is force closing with a message saying "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again." over and over again. After uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting my device multiple times it still shows the same message. Emailed FCU and they informed me it had issues with the app and was fixed...clearly not since I'm still unable to use this app.

They've made improvements from the original version but there's a lot more room for improvement. I should be able to see the credit card transactions on the app. Add a setting to send notifications through the app when charges are made above a certain amount (amount set by user in the app).

So.......I had your first app which was absolute trash. Only to have to download the new one which is just as worthless. It wouldn't even give me a choice to keep the first one. One thing I don't understand. You must have known the first one was bad in order to be prompted to create a new one. Don't you think that maybe releasing a good finished product would have been better or at least fixing the first one?? And don't send me an automatic response on how you're working on fixing it.

I previously gave this app a review with a fair 3 star rating due to consistent login failure. Half the time I use the app it sits on the loading screen for eternity. This occured on my past two devices as well. They responded almost immediately with a real person, and personally emailed me. They told me they were going to fix it and arrange a chat for me with one of their IT personnel, but I never received any further instructions nor did I receive an email from IT. This was around 2 weeks ago.

Updated app is completely ridiculous. I can never get on to do simple banking. I can't even get a quick balance or pay bills. My other bank has an app, and it works perfectly, is convenient, and quick.

The most problems I encountered was transferring money into a different banking account and bill pay for my credit card does not get transferred the same as my other account does. I have to go to the actual FCU website to transfer money to pay. I definitely think the app needs to improve some.

It's amazing to me that all these reviews in the past 3 months are exactly the same, yet IT'S STILL AN ISSUE THAT HAS YET TO BE FIXED. I cannot log in either. This is seriously ridiculous. I do not find it believable that you CAN'T fix it or that you are even working on fixing it at all. Ridiculous!

Poor Functionality The app continuously freezes or "isn't available at this time". My phone did an update yesterday and now it won't work at all. I finally uninstalled the app. I will try to install it again today. If it still continues to be more trouble than its worth, I'll look at moving my account to a bank with better online services.

I can never log into this app under 2-3 minutes. I type in my password & it spins & spins & fails. I try on WiFi, I try on my data plan, I try to get a quick balance check - just spins & spins. When I finally do get logged on its very basic. FCU - Please fix the log in!

Very slow connecting and sometimes you can't connect at all which is not good when you are trying to check balances and do transfers quickly. It's irritating as hell.

Super frustrated with mobile app lately. Have to try several times to get logged in, sometimes not at all. What is the point of the "convenience" of the mobile app if you cant use it. Please get this fixed FCU!!!

The app use to be great since the last update. I can never load my account anymore. It just sits on the loading screen. This issue has been going on for months and might have to switch banks.

App hangs almost constantly and keeps me from signing in. I would say I can only access my accounts 20% of the time (no exageration). I have gone to just using the website because of this. So disappointing that a great organization doesn't have an app that reflects its employees or quality of services.

Still no mobile deposits no matter how many times I update. That was the whole point of downloading the app--everything else that it offers, that I would actually use anyway, I can just do from the website via my phone's browser.

This App rarely works. You sign in and it is "waiting" forever. I have tried restarting my phone and re installing. Needs some bugs worked out. Have to sign in through browser to check my balance. It's a pain

useless bank and useless app. cant make a loan payment on it and if you forget ur password because the app is so useless i never use it they basically want a finger print in blood to reset ur password. its like 2005 internet capability. i wish i had paid better attention who i was financing my car through at the dealership. bank or "credit union" is so antiquated i am surprised there aren't horse hitching post outside.

As of 5/12/20, I can't get in with the new app. I've tried the verify code, but the phone number it gives me to send the code isn't my number. I access my accounts several times a day and now I can't. Called and was on hold for over 30 min. Gave the option to leave my number, I did, no call back. Very frustrated!

As others have said the app is ridiculously slow now. The FCU IT department reached out to me about the app not loading. They are working on a fix and it apparently only happens for some users.

Useless. Can't get in since they updated the app. The form it gives me to reset/retrieve log in info. won't even accept the requested information. Assume I'm not alone since I'm 95th in que when I call the bank. Would love to have access to my account information.

Is app as not work since it's been updated what is the point of having App your bank but you still can't see what's in your account because the app never opens what the h*** is going on this is the dumbest thing I've ever had to deal with I'm about to lead the bank because they can't even get the app right

since the upgrade i can't get into my account. the phone numbers to send a code are not mine. i waited on hold over 1 hour. left a call back number. never heard from anyone. with all the wrong information on my account i sure hope this site is secure.
