I didn't receive the verification code for registration. When I requested for another verification code, they send only the first one which becomes invalid. However they registered me manually. And when I try to book my show, I can't choose my seats on my phone but it is possible through the website. Please improve the usability of this application.

Online ticket purchasing, the feature that should be the smoothest, is really frustrating. It takes about an hour of retries if ever it works. Using free ticket works like once in a thousand times. Web application doesn't work either which makes it even worse.

I tried registering a number of times but the app says verification code has been sent to my email and I never received any such email. I believe this app is just a fancy face for the business and owners never wanted customers to use the app.

worst app you can't able to purchase tickets from the app ,it doesn't work properly it just shows the available seats but app doesn't allow you to select seat and book or purchase,i don't recommend this app

Yo fix your stuff i wanna change my password because my stupidass forgot it but it doesnt send me reset code on my email address no matter how much i try to resend it i dont recieve one like its really annoying af. What good is an app if you cant log in? FIX IT you halfassed imbeciles.

This app not working properly. When I choose any seat for reservation or buy ticket, didn't show colour change and no response reservation and buy ticket options. Plz fix it.

Latest updates doesn't work anymore. I tried clicking on the seat but nothing is happening... Plz look after this issue

It never sends you code in your email when it says code has been sent to your email. Worst App

i like the app its good but doesnt let me log in or mostly has the problem sending a code to the email. instead the code should be sent to the mobile number

One of the worst applications ever says enter code but never sends code in email and if do resend it'll say invalid code xee nepali app

phone number is not given. if any problem happens then one number is given and no one receives that call. so irresponsible persons.
