The mobile app is user friendly but is often down and unable to be accessed.
It works perfect! Transfer, bill pay, mobile deposit... what else could I need!
I do not like the new app. I found it hard to find where to do transfers and bill pay.
This customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen can't get nobody on the phone when you call!

Convenient. Very easy to use. Love it. Love it especially on the go. Love it more now that we're in a pandemic & it's getting worse! 05/23/21 This is a update. I'm using my app on a daily basis. I don't know what I'd do without it. I pay for my grocery delivery as well as bills. I get upset when the system happens to be down. Even IF the pandemic lessens this will ALWAYS be a app that I use!
