Unable to login even after waiting for 24 hours to exceed in lifting the limit. Also can't retrieve password because of the popup telling limit exceeded as well

This is an amazing app with interesting functions and features. Both UI and UX are great. I would like to see the developing team to enhance and include more functions into the app to make it better.

Super App with amazing user experience. A must have for all the FE cardholder's
Stuck with this app many times when doing payment for the credit card. After input all necessary info, app stops without clear reason. Very low smart level, keep asking for same information all the time.
