Very helpful app - the thought diary is excellent
I have OCD anxiety anger issues and depression and this is soooooo good I'm only 8 I have to go to a doctor 🤣🤣🤣

This has really helped with my anxiety. It makes me feel good to get these things off my chest as I don't like talking to other people about my fears,so it has really helped. I especially like the test as it helps me see my anxiety improving.
Went alongside my therapy perfectly GAD tests very similar to what I went through with my therapist, and the app is a fantastic reminder of helpful and unhelpful thinking. Brilliant! Great tool for anyone going through or has gone through therapy

Worked great from day 1. It's Amazing, would love if the test, when it asks if you have felt a certain way, would give more examples or give you an option to see examples, as it can be quite hard to process certain things and think straight if you are feeling anxious and even simple questions can be hard to think through. Would definatly make it easier and would give a more acurate answer. Overall the app is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone with anxiety or feeling stressed.
I think the thought diary thing is an excellent thing...I just thought I was going to be writing my bad day down but it actually really helped
I suffer through anxiety and depression. This app has relieved my stress at certain times so I definitely make it a must have
this is new to me..i get anxeity alot..about any n everyrjing..so iam trying this app out...it seems very helpfull so far. its only day 2
It's ok for when you at home but why not have the meditation downloadable so you can use while you are out without data or wifi
This breathing program would be great if it included sound. One must stare at the screen to see the prompts...not relaxing at all!
