Not compatible with the Samsung Note 3.
Samsung Tablet, get even type in user name. Set account up using computer and have an 11 character password which works just fine in the browser on the PC. However, the app on the phone only accepts 10 characters so can't logon. BTW, website says min length of PW is 10. On tablet even though I get log in I ca see outage map. On phone outage map locks up the app. Not interested in paying bills as the grab their money from bank when they want. Was interested in outage info. For me, app is useless.
