I am a loyal customer of federal bank but this app contains a bug, which prevents from entering into it. I am using Poco F1 phone, when I install and click allow to make phone calls in the app notification, its automatically closes and shows report summary to Mi. Please fix the bug and update it. Thank you

Installed a month back, used twice and worked good. But since past few days, there seems to be a bug, which is not allowing the app to remain active for more than 30 sec. I had try an unsuccessful reinstalling as well. Need an attemtion from the IT team.

Not working at all ,poor customer service experience from the customercare also(abroad line and feedback section on app)both the bank and developer didnt respond. It prompt for verification sms to send everytime we open the app, Ive alredy sent an email regarding this,better not to waste anymore time with this app

I downloaded it a long ago and I couldn't open it since...it's closing the second I open it...I never seen the app😒 I had problem with my sms alerts from federal bank and I thought this is only solution..

I installed this cos I was not getting SMS. This app crashes as soon as it is opened. What's the point of releasing this with such a bug? There's no workaround either.

What's the use of this app when user tries to open it, Don't you people do basic testing of the app is working or not before releasing it to play store. Your OTP sms doesn't work properly, OTP voice call doesn't work properly at times and this fed alert is pathetic. Why the hell do you charge people when you such pathetic apps. Disgusting

Very bad application ,I lost my money for sending messages,but it shows sms activation pending.even no action from their side after send messages

Worst experience. It's repeatedly asking to send sms. Receives a text that app is activated. But does not work

The app is not opening on the system. It is getting stuck at the stage of entry of phone number with the bank. Please look into it. The look and feel of the app is great.

App not working. Since I am not receiving text OTP, Customer Service asked me to install this app. Does not load. I'm unable to access my account. Please help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

The text is not visible while using the dark display mode in Xiaomi mobiles. Because the text is in Black color. Change the font color to white or some other light colour.

Crappy app. They haven't tested this properly. Just crashes. Wasted hell lot of time talking to the customer care executive and then she guided me to install this app for receiving OTP. Way too unprofessional

This app is not working in Android 10,its keep on crashing. Please do proper testing on all Android supported versions before the deployment. so pathetic

Keep closing in Nokia 7.1 Update on 25th Nov. Thanks for your prompt reply. However I don't see any reason to write to you as there are many users facing the same problem. Please release a fully tested app.

Useless application. It is not opening and the same issue reported from many customers in this foram and all are getting the same response without addressing this issue.

Very good app. It helps to receive messages from bank even if your service provider is down. Only thing is that you must have net connectivity for the same.

Worst experiemce. Every time i open this app, it says " SIM changed . Register again". Even if i complete the process, at rhe next opening, i have the same experience

Worst app..it is not open in my mobile sumsung a9. Aready my card is block due sms issue and your care says to install this stupid app .but it not opening. If beginning is like this then what the future is????..you are taking service charge for everything, then why can't you provide proper facilities...

My fed alert app was working very well but suddenly it stopped working the app is not opening it shutdowns at once it is very difficult to understand the problem going on with this app

I cant enter to this app. After opening suddenly it closes. This same issue has been noticing by your costomers. Why the authorities not to take any fixing bugs..?

This app is not opening. It is surprising that a bank is not listening to so many complaints about their app. Otherwise withdraw this app.

I dont understand why do you need to keep designing separate apps for this purpose. Why dont you include this s part of fedBook app? why should the user keep installing new apps to fill the little memory on the phone.

Tried this app after long time, wasted my money on activation sms. Mine is an nri account i never receive sms on mobile, this app has been activated but never received any sms other than activation sms.

Find no use with the app The app crashes when opening, using in OnePlus 7 pro with Android 10. Cannot open it.
