I don't know what happened to this app. It's worked perfectly until last month August but suddenly it began to show that syncing is in progress but never done the syncing. Or sometimes it shows unable to contact the bank like that. It's a little bit annoying though. And I wonder why the developers didn't try to solve this issue even after this much negative reviews were given by the customer's. Please do something and rectify this glitch as early as possible guys.

This app takes forever to sync the account balance. The syncing indication runs, but nothing shows up. It shows some balance of a decade ago, not updating. And why I have to manually sync the balance everytime I open the app? We use it to check our updated balance, not some balance a decade ago. I'm using android 8.0, and don't say it's a version problem. The main issue is, the syncing takes forever, and doesn't update at all.

Transactions are not getting updated in real-time as described in the app features. When you try to refresh it manually it shows the message "unable to contact bank. Please try again later". This happens regularly. Sometimes you won't be able to get your transactions updated even after a week. When I contact the bank regarding this I used to get the reply "there is some issue. We will take up." Really a mischievous app. Also the app was last updated in March 2019 in Google Play Store. More....

Fedbook keeps on trying to sync. But the process never gets completed. I'm still stuck on 1st aug 3019. A similar behaviour happened few months ago where I wasn't able to see my transaction history for several weeks. Many of my friends also have this issue at times. If this app can't perform its mere function, its too late for the bank to consider providing an update.

It's is the worst app I ever seen . When ever I check the transaction history it shows that unable to connect to the bank . Financial transactions is very important to check when ever a new transaction is made. Please make you er fast and better one . Hope you will fix all the rectification . Thank you

It's worked perfectly until last year but suddenly it shows unable to contact the bank like that. I think the developers didn't try to solve this issue even after this much negative reviews. Please do something as early as possible.

It was not syncing transactions for a while. So today I re installed it. After some hours of try I was able to get verification code and able to set 6 digit pin. After login it always shows loading details. It is not able to connect servers to fetch dat. Tried Airtel and JIO network. This app has some serious server connectivity issues. This is going on since some months. (This is the issue. Why dont you forward it yourself to your team, instead commenting some email id? What a pathetic ans)

Does not SYNC The app does not SYNC and provide the updated transactions even after multiple refreshes. At first, it used to get updated in wifi atleast, now it is not getting updated even if you switch networks and it has not synced for 4 days in a row with multiple attempts. Please fix it URGENTLY or there is no use in keeping this app.

App is not refreshing and updating the transactions. It's always showing up 'unable to contact server'. Even the fedmobile app is also not working in wifi networks. During this pandemic times, we're more depending on online services and sorry to say, federal bank is not up to the mark. Just have a look on your app rating in playstore, it's going downwards every day. Kindly do something to clear this issue.

Always say 'unable to contact bank'. Even though I am using the latest version, whenever I try to check the transaction history, it says 'unable to contact bank, please try again'. Even after refreshing the status doesn't change. The list will get updated once or twice a week.

For the past few years i was using this app and totally forgot about my physical passbook. But now im so disappointed because the app only shows updates in my account till nov 2021. When refreshing it shows the msg 'unable to connect back server'. Dear developer plz fix this. I'm not able to check my transaction as sometimes sms alert also now working. Fix it ASAP.

It's worst app ever! Can't check our transaction history. Can't get the detailed summary of the statement. I uninstalled thinking it might be fixed now it's showing unable to connect to the bank. @federal bank should really need to work on this app.

The app fails to fetch my balance or update my transactions. It hangs up almost every time I open the app and is very laggy. I've noticed that federal banks apps are not up to the mark. This has been the case ever since i installed the app in 2017, but with the pandemic going on now the dependence on online services is huge and federal bank fails to satisfy in this regard. The devs needs to work on these issues that are long existing if they need more positive feedback.

Worst app from a bank.!! After installing, for few days this app will show correct details. Then after some days, the app is stuck in a particular date. Then it won't update. In the age of digitization, Federal bank is very slow in updating to new technologies. Its net banking is also slow and doesn't do its work. Its high time that federal bank look into it.

Every time when we open the app and select any transaction it shows that "PLEASE WAIT TILL THE SYNC PROCESS COMPLETES...." Nothing can be done on such situation.. While choosing any option from the menu it is repeating the same dialogue. Hope you will sort out the issue soon.

This app need to be updated. Whenever I try to check my account statement. It's showing could not connect to the bank or sometimes don't show anything and it will remain the same. And I tried refreshing many times but no use still the same. There is no problem with my mobile network or wifi. It's like l should have some luck or something to know my account statement. It's like very rarely the statement get updated. I didn't expect something like this from Federal bank. Please do something.

This app is broken for several days now. And no one is working on it. Issue is simple it is not loading recent transactions. Tried multiple devices with multiple accounts. Do not ask me to raise a support ticket, issue is simple enough and readily reproducible. Recent transactions are not loading. Try it yourself.

App is not refreshing and updating the transactions. The loader image is keep on running but nothing happens even though I have a great internet connectivity. I have been facing this issue for past 10 months. The last updated date of the transaction seems to be 16th January 2020.

For the last 3-4 months, this app is not syncing and not showing recent transactions. Going through all the reviews, it is clear that lot of people face the same issue. Hence, please don't give a default reply, asking to contact an email id (which incidentally does not reply at all), and instead ask your developers to get their act together and solve the issue. Edited after Developer's response: This response shows that you don't even read the complaint, and just give a stock reply!!

Very poorly maintained application. No updates or fixes whatsoever. Is this really a banking related application.?? This is literally useless. I have to clear data and login again each time to atleast be able to see the balance. Please remove it completely from Play Store and add the transaction history to the FedMobile app.

App is fine but typing the 6 digit pin repeatedly to open the app is tiring. Developers should introduce Finger Print Lock instead of conventional PIN lock. Since the Fedmobile is already equipped with Fingerprint Lock, it won't be a difficult part for the developer to do the same with FEDBOOK app. Hopefully expecting this in new update. Ratings will be updated to 5 as soon as this app gets biometric lock & app sync issue gets resolved.

Too bad from Federal bank which I am trusting for long. For the last few days the app doesn't show any updates. The total balance is shown sometimes correctly, but no transactions are listed from last few days. I am surprised whether the bank has any IT team. No interference in the matter. While going through the reviews I could find many customers complaining about the same problem.

Horrible experience When I was trying to open a selfie account the qr scanner for aadhar in the app doesn't even work properly . I scanned and proceeded more two times and still the QR code doesn't get uploaded . I had uninstalled and tried to do the same and still it does the same .it seems that many people had the same issue as me so it's better for the app developers to solve it ASAP! Caz many people really want to open a zero bal. Account . Look into the issue , developers 👍

I Like FedMobile app. It's very useful for me. But fedbook app not working properly . It shows every time *syncing is progress*, but syncing never complete.Or *Unable to connect with Bank*. I used this app since one years ago on defferent mobile platform, But never change. Every time this problem make me angry. I would like to ask a question to federal bank team and app develepors . Why you don't make changes for this bug? And can't you never solve this problem? I hope your reply. Thank you.

The app was showing the error - Unable to contact bank for some time. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the error is there. Earlier it was working perfectly, for the last few months it's performance has been pathetic.
